タイに住み始めて3日目となりました。バンコクから車で2.3時間のラヨーン県という場所です。夫が3ヶ月前からこちらで働いており、今回私が合流した形です。

これまでのところ日本人には会っていません。彼いわく、企業で働いている男の人ならたくさんいるそうで、どおりで日中見ないわけだと納得しました。

今日は近くのショッピングモールまで散歩したついでに、中に入っていたケンタッキーでお昼にしました。もっと色々なお店がありますが、懐かしの&安定の味を求めて。。

タイ語でメニューが言えず、「あれ、あれ！」と壁に貼ってある写真を指差して注文する私。タイ独自(?)の謎メニューもありましたが、冒険できずに普通のチキンフィレサンドにしました。味は日本と同じ！

ショッピングモールの中には、やよい軒やすき家もありました。

3 days have passed since I’ve lived in Thailand. Here is Rayong prefecture within 2-3 hours drive from Bangkok. My husband has worked here in 3 months, and this time, I’ve joined a new life.

Until now, I haven’t met any Japanese. According to my husband, lots of working men live here. That’s why I see nothing of Japanese person at all.

Today, I walked around to a shopping mall near here, then ate lunch at the KFC inside mall. Of course, more restaurants are there, but I sought accustomed taste things.

Pointing at a picture hanging on wall, saying “this, this!” because I couldn’t say Thai menu. Although there were mysterious foods (maybe unique to Thai?), I ate ordinary a chicken fillet sandwich. The taste was totally same as Japanese one.

Inside the shopping mall, other Japanese restaurants like “Yayoi ken”and “Sukiya” are there.
