今回は11/10〜11/17まで
スペイン南部に位置しランサローテ島にある
Club La Santaに行って来ました🇪🇸

This time from 10 to 17 November.
Located in southern Spain, on the island of Lanzarote
I went to Club La Santa🇪🇸

その内容を1日ずつ紹介していきます！！
長くなるかと思いますのでお時間に余裕がある際にお読みください😊

We will introduce its contents one day at a time!
Please read this when you have time to spare as it may be long😊

La Santaとはどんな所？

私が通っている学校ISIは毎年この時期に
ここClub La Santaに来ます！！
全員参加ではないですが、ほとんどの生徒が参加しています！

My school, ISI, comes here every year at this time.
We come here to Club La Santa!
Not all students participate, but most of them do!

リゾート地といってもここは少し違います。

The resort is a little different here.

体を休めるだけでなく、さまざまなアクティビティを体験できます。
ハンドボールはもちろん、サッカー、テニス、パデル、ゴルフ、
ウインドサーフ、ビーチバレー、ウインドサーフ、フィットネス、

Not only can you rest your body, but you can also experience a wide range of activities.
Handball, football, tennis, padel, golf,
beach volleyball, windsurfing and fitness,

とにかく沢山あります！

There are many anyway!

そして気温は平均26℃🔥

And the temperature averages 26°C🔥

11月の気温です。
デンマークの11月の気温は最高気温9℃

November temperatures.
The maximum temperature in Denmark in November is 9°C.

この気温差が心配でしたが2日目で慣れて来ました笑

I was worried about this temperature difference, but after two days I got used to it :-)

そして、毎週600人が入れ替わりで入ってくるそうです、、
すごいですよね😳

And they say that about 600 people are replaced every week,,
It's amazing 😳

日本で言う合宿所のリゾート地版的な？？

A resort version of a training camp in Japan?

1日目！移動日！！

この日は朝5:00出発🚌

早すぎてみんなバスでも爆睡😁

1時間ほどかけてビルン空港につきました✈️
そして出発！

Departure at 5:00 am on this day🚌

Too early, everyone sleeps in the bus 😁

It took us about an hour to get to Birn Airport ✈️
Then we departed!

ランサローテ島には5時間ほどで着きました！

空港についたらバスに乗り、1時間ほどかけて

La Santaへと向かいました🚌

It took about five hours to reach Lanzarote!

Once at the airport, we took a bus, which took about an hour.

We headed to La Santa🚌.

そしてLa Santaへ到着☀️

その後はLa Santaの敷地内を歩いて回りました🙆‍♂️
1番のポイントはプール！！

We then walked around the grounds of La Santa 🙆‍♂️
The first point of interest was the swimming pool!

現地の気温が暑いこともあり、水温が低めになっています！
アクティビティが終わってシャワーを浴びた後に
みんなクールダウンとしてプールに行く人が多いです！

アイスバスのようなものですね！
疲労回復にとても良いと感じます😌

この日は敷地内にウエイト施設もありましたので
筋トレをして終わりました🏋️

The water temperature is low due to the hot local temperatures!
After the activity is over and you have showered.
Many people go to the pool to cool down!

It's like an ice bath!
I find it very good for recovery😌

We also had a weights facility on site that day.
I ended up doing some strength training🏋️

2日目！！Day 2！

この日は朝からhandballの日でした！

スペインでもハンドボールができることに感動🤾🔥

内容はチーム分けしてゲーム！のみ！！
基礎練習とかいらないの？！と思っていたのですが

みんな身体能力高すぎて普通に試合になるんです。笑
それと、ヨーロッパでhandballは人気なのでみんなルールも知っているし、
シュートの打ち方も知っています。

日本でもそれが当たり前になる時が来ることが待ち遠しいです。

It was a HANDBALL day in the morning!

I was impressed that handball is also available in Spain🤾🔥

The content of the game is divided into teams and games! Only!
Don't you need basic practice or something?
I thought.

Everyone's so physically fit that it's a normal game.
Also, handball is popular in Europe, so everyone knows the rules,
and they know how to shoot.

I can't wait for the time when that will become the norm in Japan too.

そしてハンドボールが終わった後に、みんなが誕生日を祝ってくれました🎊
まさかスペインで誕生日を迎える時が来るとは、、
たくさんの方にお祝いしていただき本当に嬉しく思います！！

And after handball, everyone celebrated my birthday🎊
I never thought that the time would come for me to celebrate my birthday in Spain,
I'm really happy that so many people celebrated with me!

そしてこの日の夜はsuper games（フィットネスver）をやりました🔥
各6グループに分かれてこのラサンタでどのチームが得点を多く取れるか競っています🔥

この日はフィットネスverだったので
プランク、空気椅子？、懸垂、ランニング、ローイングマシンの5種目を
6チームで競い合いました！

私はこの中でプランクと懸垂を担当して、懸垂では3人で1分？90秒？のうちに何回できるかというもので69回で惜しくの2位でした🥈

プランクでは5分34秒で1位でした🥇正直きつすぎました。笑

And this evening we played super games (fitness ver)🔥
We divided into 6 groups and competed to see which team could score the most points in this la Santa🔥

This day was a fitness ver, so we had
Plank, air chair? Pull-ups, Running, Rowing machine,
Six teams competed against each other!

I was in charge of planks and pull-ups, and in pull-ups, the three of us had to see how many pull-ups we could do in one minute or 90 seconds. In the pull-ups, the three of us had to see how many pull-ups we could do in a minute or 90 seconds, and we came in a close second with 69 pull-ups 🥈.

In the plank I came first in 5:34 🥇, which was honestly too hard.

これもめっちゃしんどいのでみんなで声を掛け合いながらやっていました！

今回のsuper gamesは吐いてしまう人が出るほど過酷でした。
2日目からこのハードさであと5日身体がもつか心配でした笑

I was worried that my body wouldn't last another five days with all this hard work from the second day.

3日目！！Day3!

この日は朝からpadelをしました！🎾
padelはテニスとスカッシュを混ぜたようなスポーツで
デンマークではとても人気のあるスポーツです。
壁も使えるので色々な可能性があるので面白いです🔥

On this day, we did padel in the morning!🎾
padel is a sport that is a mixture of tennis and squash.
It is a very popular sport in Denmark.
It is interesting because you can also use the wall, so there are many possibilities🔥

そしてその後はスポーツフィットネス🏋️
青空の下でサーキットトレーニングをしました😅
8種目1周を3セットやりました、、

暑さとキツさで汗が止まらなかったです、笑

And afterwards sports fitness 🏋️
We did circuit training under blue skies😅
I did 3 sets of 8 disciplines, 1 lap,

It was hot and hard and I couldn't stop sweating,

最後にはケトルベルスイングとバービーを1回ずつ、2回ずつとやっていくもの。
ケトルベルを3回やったらバービーを3回！
きつかったらやめて良いよ！と言われ
15回ずつやった所で終わりました😇
このトレーニングは日本でも練習後に取り入れたら良さそう！！

しっかり自分を追い込めます🥵

1時間ほど休憩したあと、
この日のsuper game！！
swimming！！🏊

The last one is to do one kettlebell swing and two barbies each.
If you do three kettlebell swings, do three barbies!
If it's too tight, you can stop! and you're told
I did 15 times each and that was it😇
This training would be good to incorporate after practice in Japan too!

I can push myself hard 🥵

After an hour break,
Super game of the day!
SWIMMING! 🏊

ちなみにこの広さのプールがあともう1個あります！

gameの内容は600mをチームで泳ぎきれ！というものでした！
チーム内には泳ぎが得意な子もいて、
それもみんな早くて1位を取ることができました🥇

私は100m泳ぎましたが、競泳選手の凄さを体感しました。笑
泳ぎは得意な方なのでいけるだろうと思っていましたが
とってもしんどくて、😅
競泳選手尊敬です🙇‍♂️

Incidentally, there is another pool of this size!

The game was to swim 600 m as a team!
Some of the team members were good swimmers,
and they were all fast enough to take first place.🥇

I swam 100m and experienced the amazingness of competitive swimmers.
I like swim so I thought I could do it.
It was very tough. 😅
I respect swimmers. 🙇‍♂️

４日目！！！Day 4！

この日は近くの火山までランニング、自転車、歩きに分かれて
向かうというものでした🌋
このラサンタの名物です🔥
私はランニングを選びました🏃

The day was split into running, cycling and walking to a nearby volcano.
The idea was to head to the nearby volcano .🌋
This is a speciality of this La Santa.🔥
I chose to run.🏃

しかもこの日が1番暑い日で30℃近くありました🥵
みんな怪我なく走りきれたのでよかったです！！

And it was the hottest day of the year, almost 30℃.🥵
I'm glad everyone made it through the run without injury!

ここからはみんなで歩いて頂上まで向かいました🚶⛰️

From here we all walked to the top.

きつかったけど、初めての経験で達成感が凄まじかったです🔥

もちろん帰りも走って帰った🏃💨

シャワー浴びてから、プールに飛び込んだ時はもう最高でした。笑

そして夜は！
普段ここで働いている人たちによるGreen  team show!!

It was tough, but it was my first time and the sense of achievement was tremendous.🔥

Of course, I also ran home!

After a shower, I jumped into the pool and it was just great.

And at night!
Green team show by the people who usually work here!

少し演劇があったり、いろんな曲でダンスしてくれたり、1時間とっても楽しかったです💃
個人的にはMCの人が場を盛り上げるのが上手で見ていて面白かったです😂

There was a bit of theatre, they danced to different songs and it was great fun for an hour.💃
Personally, the MC was very good at getting the crowd going and it was interesting to watch.😂

5日目！！day5!!

この日の午前は陸上競技をしました！
走り幅跳び、砲丸投げ、走り高跳び、100mをやりました🔥
100mは記録を測るというか1番早い人決めようみたいな感じでした！
走り幅跳びは5m40、砲丸投げは8m(だった気がする)
走り高跳びは155でした！
160があと少しだった🤏

陸上競技はやっていて楽しくて好きです😊

楽しかった！！

On this morning we did athletics!
We did long jump, shot put, high jump and 100m 🔥.
The 100m was more like measuring records or deciding who was the fastest!
The long jump was 5m40 and the shot put was 8m (I think).
The high jump was 155!
and 160 was close🤏

I like athletics because it's fun to do 😊.

It was fun!

そして午後は最終日のトライアスロンのminiバージョンをやりました！
泳ぎ、バイク、走り、をみんなで協力して行いました！

私は走りの部門で出たのですが、これがめっちゃきつくて、笑
4キロ走るんですが、勝負なのでほぼダッシュです。
1キロ3分41秒で走っていました。
一緒に走ってくれた子がサッカーやっている子で
その子がいなかったら完走できていなかったです😅

その後に先生たちがみんなにアイスを買ってくれました🍨

Then in the afternoon we did a mini version of the triathlon on the last day!
We swam, biked and ran together!

I was in the running category, which was really tough, lol.
It's a 4km run and it's almost a dash because it's a competition.
I was running at 3:41 per kilometre.
The boy who ran with me was a football player.
If it wasn't for him, I wouldn't have been able to finish the race.😅

Afterwards the teachers bought ice cream for everyone!

この時のアイス本気で美味しかった😋

その後は先生含めみんなでプールで楽しみました🏊‍♂️

The ice cream was seriously good at this time!

Afterwards everyone, including the teacher, had fun in the pool!

6日目！！Day6!!

この日午前はsuper game！ビーチバレー！！

This morning was SUPER GAME! Beach volleyball!

勝負事になるとみんな熱くなるのでやってて面白い！
そしてこの部門1位🥇
楽しかった！！！

午後はサッカー⚽️
footballコースの子たちが躍動しててかっこよかった👏
みんなごちゃ混ぜなので全員が楽しめて、大盛り上がりでした🔥

It's interesting to do it because everyone is so passionate when it comes to the competition!
And 1st place in this category 🥇.
It was fun!!!

In the afternoon we played football.⚽️
It was cool to see the people on the FOOTBALL course being so dynamic.👏
Everyone had fun and had a blast.🔥

7日目！！！ファイナル！！！Day7!!

ついに！！！最終日！！
この日はsuper game final！！！

15:00から行われました！
今までのsuper gameで1位のチームが1分リードして始められるということで
私たち1位だったのでリードして始められました🔥

最初は絵しりとりのようなもの！
それをつなげ合わせて何かの文にするようでした。

At last!!! The final day!
This is a SUPER GAME FINAL!

It took place at 15:00!
The team that finished first in the previous super game was allowed to start with a one-minute lead.
We were in first place so we were able to start with a lead.

At first it was like picture shiritori!
It seemed to connect them together to make some kind of sentence.

みんなが頑張ってくれてクリア！！
そして次はなんだと、次の場所まで走ったら

向こう岸まで泳いで！
と言われて、みんな普通に服着たままです。
！？
と思っていると
サーフボード1個渡すから
1人はそれ使えるけど、その他の人は泳いでね！

『まじ？』

この時心の声が出ました笑笑

Everyone did their best to clear it!
Then I ran to the next place to see what was next,

Swim to the other side of the river!
and everyone is still dressed normally.
What!?
I thought.
I'll give you one surfboard.
One of you can use it, but the rest of you swim!

『Seriously?』

At this point, a voice from the heart spoke out.

とりあえずTシャツ脱いで
靴も履きながら海を泳ぎました。笑

初めての経験でしたね😅
距離にしたら50mないぐらいでした！
風もあったので流されるし大変でした（笑）

岸についたら、みんなで1周走ってきてといわれて
自転車は1人だけ使えるよということで
他4人は走ることに！
その距離4キロ😇
靴と服が濡れた状態で走るキツさね、笑
半端なかったです笑

Anyway, I took off my T-shirt.
I swam in the sea while also putting on my shoes.

That was a first for me.😅
The distance was less than 50 metres!
There was also wind, so I was swept away and it was hard work.

When we got to the shore, we were all told to go for a lap.
Only one of us could use the bike.
The other four of us decided to run!
The distance was 4 km😇
It was hard to run with wet shoes and clothes,
It was half the fun.

1周したら再び泳いで戻ります🏊
その後は数学？のようなものでこれもデンマーク語😇

5人中デンマーク人が3人だったので
その3人に託していました笑

その数学の答えに1回間違えてしまうと
1回目バービー20回、2回目15回、3回目10回とペナルティがあります。
これを砂浜の上でやるのでよりしんどい（笑）

3人頑張ってくれて、次のステージへ！

After one lap, swim back again.🏊
After that, it's maths? s like and this is also in Danish.😇

There were three Danes out of the five of us.
I had to leave it to those three.

If you make one mistake in that maths answer.
You are penalised 20 times for the first barbie, 15 times for the second, and 10 times for the third.
It is tougher because we do this on the beach.

Three people did their best and went to the next stage!

次はミニゴルフ！
パターショットですね⛳️
傾斜があったり障害物があったり色々なコースがあります！
三種類のコースに入れたら終わり！
打つ前に6回スクワットや腕立て、腹筋のいずれかをやることが
ルールです。どこまでも追い込む笑

終わって最後の種目！！
400mトラックを4人で10キロ10キロの20キロの重りを持って走る！
その後10キロの重りを持って走る！

最後ゴールまで直進🏆

結果は4位？だったと思います！

Next up: mini-golf!
It's a putting shot. ⛳️
There are various courses with inclines and obstacles!
If you can get in three different courses, you're done!
You have to do either six squats, push-ups or sit-ups before you hit the ball.
Rules. Push yourself as far as you can.

The end and the last event!
Four people run on a 400 m track with 20 kg weights, 10 kg 10 kg!
Then run with 10 kg weights!

Straight to the finish line at the end 🏆.

The result was 4th place? I think it was!

しんどかったですが！！
最後までみんなでやりきれたことが本当によかったです😌
過呼吸になってしまう人もいたり、みんな本当にきつかったと思いますが
みんなで応援し合いながら声を掛け合いながら、全員ゴールできたので達成感ありまくりでした🔥

改めてみんなの運動能力の高さを実感しましたね笑

そして最終日の夜はみんなでピザを食べました🍕

It was tough though!
I'm really glad we all made it to the end.😌
I know it was really tough for everyone, with some people hyperventilating.
We all cheered each other on and called out to each other, and we all made it to the finish line, so we all felt a real sense of achievement.

Once again, I realised how athletic everyone is!

And on the last night, we all ate pizza together.🍕

みんなと色々な話をして、また仲が深まりました☺️

疲労が溜まっている人も多く、途中離脱する人もいたので私も22時過ぎに限界が来てお風呂に入って寝ました💤

We talked about a lot of things with everyone and got to know each other again.

Many people were tired and some had to leave the group halfway through, so I too reached my limit after 22:00 and took a bath and went to bed.

La Santa終了！finish！

7日間のLa Santaが終わりました！
帰りの飛行機はみんな疲れすぎて心なしか元気がないように感じました、笑

みんな疲労困憊ですね😅

あっという間の7日間でした！！
スペインにいくのも初めてで、沢山のアクティビティを経験できたし、
何よりISIのみんなといけたことが何より嬉しく思います！！

また行きたいと思っても、簡単にいけないし！
しっかり楽しめて良い思い出になりました☺️

いつかまた行きたい！！！！

Seven days of La Santa have come to an end!
On the flight home, everyone was so tired that they seemed to have no hearty energy.

Everyone is exhausted.😅

It was a very short 7 days!
It was the first time for me to go to Spain and I experienced a lot of activities,
I'm very happy that I was able to go with everyone from ISI!

I would like to go back, but it's not easy!
It was a lot of fun and good memories.☺️

I want to go back one day！！！！

La Santaにはご年配の方や、怪我でリハビリ中の人、だったりと沢山の人が利用しています。
主にご年配のかたが多い印象でした！
アクティビティしたりプールで泳いだりと、元気いっぱいで素敵だなと😁

デンマークについて１日後に書いていますが、いきなり最高気温5℃は体がびっくりしています笑

La Santa has a lot of people using it, including elderly people and people who are rehabilitating from injuries.
I had the impression that there were mainly elderly people!
They were full of energy, doing activities and swimming in the pool.😁

I'm writing about Denmark a day later, and suddenly my body is surprised at the high temperature of 5°C. :-)

そして水曜日には試合があります🤾11/22！
少し体を休めて、水曜日に向けて良いパフォーマンスができるように
頑張ります！！🔥
