In the last lesson , I figured from past experiences. When I was young , I worked as a part-time at a dry-cleaner because I started to work as an aerobics instructor , but I didn’t have enough clients to make a living yet.
One morning, we found proceeds of the day were gone. And boss’ wife said to us they would dock our pay for a month to pay back the missing money , because our boss was upset that we troubled our boss. I thought that didn’t make sense . I asked my colleagues their opinions about the situation , but It was obvious that they would do nothing. I decided to quit my job , and I called the Labour Bureau . An inspector was very kind to me and gave me advice . I wrote to the boss that I consulted with the Labor Bureau ,and they said that it was against the law, and that the boss should call the police to report the theft . After I sent this letter, the boss paid us back . My colleagues appreciated what I did.
In most of Asian countries , It is important to be inconspicuous about speaking up . However I believe when trouble happens, speaking up makes the situation better .So I'm sometimes scared about speaking up though I am not scared of anyone.
