For a long absence, I decided to write English essay. Though I searched for some suitable essay topics to compose, I cannot decide what to write…haha.
The more I take a look at various types of topics, the more I take time to write because there are tons of themes.
 
 English Essay [Should “gifted” students receive special educational treatment ?]
 I think that gifted students should receive special educational treatment. First of all, let me tell you the definition of gifted person. 

 Gifted generally refers to a person who has high intelligence or a talent for excellence in a particular field. The term gifted means 'gift from God' and is considered an inborn trait.

 The concept of giftedness is arbitrary and there is no uniform definition or criteria. As a result, the areas of identification and methods of assessment of giftedness vary widely from country to country and region to region.

 For example, in the USA, where educational support for the gifted has flourished, the invention of intelligence testing in the first half of the 20th century initially led to the concept of 'gifted = superior intellectual ability', with a high intelligence quotient (e.g. IQ of 130 or higher) being the main criterion. However, in the second half of the 20th century, with advances in psychology, people became more aware of the multiplicity of talents, and nowadays, not only intellectual ability, but also a variety of other areas are included in the gifted category, such as artistic and leadership skills.

 Like this, gifted students are aften considered as a person who has exceptional high intelligence and competence. People will look at them with envy because of  their high inteligence. However, we have to acknowledge that gifted students sometimes suffer from the situations where what they want to learn is not possible. For instance, gifted students have to stand as what they learn is like revision, they are forced to wait for the higher stage which they keen.

  I consider that government has to set up the precise guideline so that gifted students can learn what they eager to deepen their skills. My vision is to establish a specialised educational institution exclusively for gifted children, staffed by teachers with a combination of expertise and skills.  The curriculum is designed to dramatically boost their talents and abilities, which were originally highly intelligent there. Further and foremost, what we have to cherish is to respect gifted's individuality and creativity. If we fail to appreciate the originality and individuality of each of them, we will never truly meet their wishes.
