外国のロケで「若い頃に沢木耕太郎さんの『深夜特急』を読んで旅に出た。そしてそのままここに居着いてしまったんです」と話す現地の日本人コーディネーターに何人も会ったことがあります。本は人を変えるし、人をどこかに連れて行くのが素晴らしい。読む側にも、書く側にも喜びがあります。今、3冊目の本を書いていますが、来年中には出せるといいなと思っています。

I have met several Japanese coordinators on foreign shoots who would say, "I set out on a journey after reading 'Shin-ya Tokkyu, Midnight Express' by Kotaro Sawaki in my youth, and somehow ended up settling here." Books have the power to transform people and lead them to unexpected places. It brings joy to both the reader and the writer. Currently working on my third book, I hope to have it published next year.
