As I wrote earlier, I can see two gyms or fitness clubs doing well in my town. One is Cureves and the other is the one called ‘SmartFit100’. I do not know what is the impact of their successes in my town. But I have recently found a newcomer called ‘chocoZAP'. It is right next door to Curves. But it will struggle to attract members as it is inferior to the other two. It is less attractive in appearance than Curves. It does not have anything appealing about it, whereas Curves has glass walls and a much bigger space. So it will not be easy to take members away from Curves even though it is right next door to the competitor.
Nor will it be easy to win SmartFit100. Like SmartFit100, chocoZap is the type of gym that is called a 'convenient gym' in Japan, and they have to compete one to one. Both clubs have almost the same services and conditions. But chocoZap is inferior to the rival in the location of the nearest station. It takes only a few minutes to walk to SmartFit100 from the station. But more than ten minutes walk will be needed to reach chocoZap.
As far as I can see, chocoZap seems to have no chance to beat either Curves or SmartFit100. I look forward to seeing what will be chocoZap's fate.

　前日の記事にも書きましたが、ボクの街で成功しているジムというかフィットネスクラブが2つあります。一つは、カーブで、もう一つはフスマートフィット100です。両者の成功を見たのかどうかはわかりませんが、コンビニジムのチョコザップがカーブスの隣にオープンしました。でも、他の二つにくらべると見劣りしているため、集客は厳しそうです。まず、カーブスと比べると、魅力がありません。カーブスはガラス張りで、広いスペースがありますが、チョコザップにはアピール力に欠けます。カーブスの隣にできたとはいえ、カーブスから会員を奪うのは簡単ではないしょう。
また、スマートフィット100にも勝てそうもありません。チョコザップは、日本でいるコンビニジムで、スマートフィット100とのガチンコ対決することになります。サービスや条件面では、そん色ありません。でも、チョコザップは、立地でライバルに劣ります。ライバルは、駅かっら徒歩数分のところにあるのですが、チョコザップは10分以上かかります。
　見る限りでは、チョコザップに勝ち目はなさそうですが、どんな結果になるか楽しみです。
