Regardless of the complaints, I started walking again. Then, the other members began to walk and followed me. But, the team came apart.
After that, I focused on myself rather than on other members. Thus, each member walked at their own pace, and the team fell apart. It formed a significant distance between the last walker and me, the front walker. When I came close to the goal line, I waited for the other members to arrive just before it. It took twenty minutes or more and caused pain in my legs. Then, we finally crossed the goal line together.
We were the first team to cross the finish line, but we failed to win it. We walked so fast that there was a significant difference between the target time and our time. My colleagues said we were not teamed but just a group of individuals. They accused me of being the cancer of the team.
The next day, we discussed the rally with the other members to comment on each member. I was described as powerful to lead a team or others.

　こうした不満を無視して、ボクが出発すると、他のメンバーも渋々歩き始めました。でも、これでチームが崩壊しました。その後は、ボクも他のメンバーのことを気に掛けるより、自分の歩きに集中することにしました。その結果、チームはバラバラになり、個々が自分のペースで歩くようになりました。そのため、先頭のボクと最後尾の人の距離が大きく離れてしまいました。ゴール直前に、ボクは立ち止まって、全員が集合するのを待ちました。最後尾の人が来るのに20分以上待ちました。そして、全員でゴールのテープを切りました。
　ゴールした時間はどのチームよりも早かったのですが、目標の時間とは大きな開きがあったため、優勝は逃しました。同僚からは、ボクのチームは、チームの体をなしておらず、単なる個人の集まりだと言われました。また、ボクがチームの癌だとも非難されました。
　翌日、他のメンバーから、ボクはパワフルで、人を引っ張る力があり、一緒のチームでよかったとのコメントがありました。ボクのやり方も間違ってはいなかったようです。
