*再生音声をマイク・録音系統にそのまま内部入力させる機能

若干のズルなので・・・それとシステムとかセキュリティ上
どうかという気もするので使いたくなかったんですけど、
（ONにしたこと事が無かったので）
逆にマイクよりマシとも言えるし…まあ、
ツールを使う…というのも大事なので、そういうテストも兼ねて。

何となくそれでも入力（感知）漏れもそこそこあるような気もしますが、
7割程度以上は正確に拾っているんじゃないかと思います。
トランプ大統領、スピーチ速いなぁ…というか
こっちが分からないからか殆ど音声に切れ目が無く、
音声入力は句読点が付かないのでそういう意味で翻訳の精度はさらに低く
5割程度でこっちとしては3~4割理解できるぐらいかもしれませんが、
まあ、流れとしては十分使える機能かな…という気はします。

欠点として、文字数か1回の時間の制限があったようで、
途中で止まるので
リアルタイムではちょっと使い難い機能かも知れません…。

取り敢えずスローの方で拾って、一部重複しています。
