私にとって、ふわふわかき氷は至福のスイーツである。Which sweets bring smile to your face? For me it's KAKIGO-RI. 

何でかって？それは、軽くてスーッと喉を違和感なく通り、口の中いっぱいに風味をのこしてくれる、罪悪感がミニマムな最強なスイーツだからだ。Why that is? It's so fluffy with full of flavours and most importantly, it is low in calories (well, most of the time).

これからも、一時帰国した際には日本の何処かで必ず食べたいかき氷。今や、季節を問わず食べられる幸せスイーツを、今後もどんどん堪能したいと思う。As we eat ice cream during a winter, people eat KAKIGO-RI all year around so I shall enjoy it whenever and wherever I can during my time in Japan each time.
