新システムが稼働して人員に余剰がでたせいだと思いますが、事務職の人間が突然営業職の仕事ができるとは到底思いません。

これは体の良いリストラですよね。。

ひどいことしますね。

I think it's because the new system is up and running and there's a surplus of staff, but I don't think it's possible for an office worker to suddenly be able to do a sales job.

This is a restructuring.

It's a terrible thing to do.
