七月の京都
前祭の鉾巡行日（17日）は37度と猛暑！快晴でした。大観衆の中、無事に終わり、いよいよ24日は後祭の鉾巡行。
21日、「黒主山」の粽をいただきに鉾町へ出かけました。
数十年前に父が黒主山の町衆として巡行に参加させていただいたのがご縁で、黒主山の粽が毎年、家を守ってくれています。

Gion Festival has two parades. On the day of 'sakimatsuri' the 1st float procession (July 17th), it was scorching hot at 37 degrees Celsius! The sky was clear, and the procession went smoothly despite the large crowd. Now, we look forward to 'atomatsuri' the 2nd float procession on the 24th.
On the 21st, I visited the float district to receive the 'Chimaki' from 'Kuronushiyama.' Several decades ago, my father had the opportunity to participate in the procession as a member of the Kuronushiyama float district, and since then, the 'Chimaki' from Kuronushiyama has been protecting our home every year."
