Are you struggling with Low Back Pain? If so, just do “That Exercise?” Comes from MetS-Analysis

It has been said that the reason for low back pain is already as [Misinterpretation in our brain]
1.Something wrong happens to our brain
2.This unusual event gives panic like “There is something disastrous!!”
3.So you feel stronger pain with you

The brain seems like giving you the pain stronger at it’s own.

Of course there is a remedy called “Cognitive Behavior Therapy” but let’s take easier way for it.
As you’ve been heard like “It’s the best method is the rest peacefully for low back pain” that I was told by my parents or anyone but now, it has changed to the main stream of method “Move instead!”(If you have any problems with your bones it’s totally out of order...)

So questions comes up like “what kind of exercises are effective for low back pain? as I understand.

It is the research from Iran University and more that they analyzed from past 12 articles as trustworthy meta-analysis.

Let me write details...
* Three of articles are compared effectiveness to normal stretching and methodological therapy
* Nine of them are compared effectiveness to normal stretching and normal therapy for low back pain
* Total samples are 515

As you can see that the research team thought “It could be fine to use normal stretching for reducing low back pain?”

The result is obvious like...
* Normal stretching can reduce low back pain in the right way(P=-2.15)
* In addition, it even solved people already became disable because of the pain(P=-8.03)
* However, there was significant independent difference observed so some of you could not have the same result(l2=94.2%)

Anyway the P values were significant that you can see so...

* Do not think deeply to low back pain when you have but do even normal stretching!
