レゴブロックを使って自分の状況を表現して内省する取り組みをしています。今回は2024年1月15日に作った自分の状況についての定点観測です。

I am working on using LEGO bricks to express and reflect on our own situation once a month. This time it is a fixed point observation about my situation that I made on 15 January 2024.

モデルの説明 Description of the LEGO model.

・モデルの中央にいる自分の背中には、推進力のあるプロペラがついている。透明の赤は活動のエネルギーである。
The propulsive propeller is attached to the back of myself in the center of the model. The transparent red is the energy of activity.

・プロペラと活動エネルギーは年末年始のレゴシリアスプレイのワークショップを通じて得られた。私の背後に続く黄色のプレートと目玉のパーツは他のファシリテーターたちとの勉強会を意味している。透明の赤のパーツが上についているように他のファシリテーターは熱心であり、自分もエネルギーをもらった。
The propeller and activity energy were obtained through LEGO serious play （LSP） workshops during the year-end and New Year's holidays. The yellow plate and the eyeball parts following behind me signify study sessions with other facilitators. The other facilitators were enthusiastic as the transparent red parts are on top, and I received energy from them.

・私の背後に続くピンクのブロックは現在進行中のプロジェクトの一つで、プログラムの内容について共同開発パートナー（黄色の目玉のパーツ）から鋭い指摘（グレーのパーツ）をいただいた。そこから気づいたことが多く、自分にとってとても良い時間だった。
The pink brick that follows behind me is one of my ongoing projects, and my co-development partner (the yellow eye-brick) gave me some sharp pointers (the gray brick) about the contents of the program. It was a great time for me, as I realized many things from it.

・私の左側にあるグレーのブロックの線とアイボリーの線のパーツは、今年度の成績処理と来年度に向けての授業の準備を表している。処理する情報量も多くて気が重くなる作業（グレーのブロック）だが、後々重要になる大切なことであり、忘れてはならないと意識している。
The gray bricks and ivory brick to my left represent processing the grades for the current year and preparing the class for the next year. It is a daunting task (gray bricks) with a lot of information to process, but I am aware that it is an important task that will become important later (ivory brick) and that I must not be distracted.

・左手前にある青いブロックは海外のファシリテーターとの交流である。英語を使って考えていることを説明することは上手ではないが、挑戦したらよい経験になる。その横にあるオレンジのプレートと黒の棒はペンとノートを意味する。事前に文章や資料を作ることが大事ということだ。
The blue block in the left foreground is an exchange with an overseas facilitator. I am not good at using English to explain what I am thinking, but it is a good experience if I try. The orange plate means a notebook and a black bar mean a pen. It means that it is important to make documents in advance.

・私の前には取り組んでいる複数のプロジェクトがあり（ピンク、緑、赤、オレンジのパーツ）、階段状に盛り上がっている。これらは進むにつれて難易度は高くなるけれども、良い成果が出そうだと感じている（花のパーツ）ことを意味している。明るい灰色のパーツは新しいプロジェクトの動きである。たくさんのプロジェクトが同時並行していくがどれも内容が連動しているため、負担感はない。
I have several projects in front of me that I am working on (pink, green, red and orange bricks) and they are rising like stairs. These will become more challenging as they progress, but I feel that they are likely to produce good results (flower), which means that they are likely to produce good results. Light gray bricks are the movement of new project. There are many projects going on at the same time, but they are all interlinked in content, so there is no sense of burden.

・私の右手の黄色いパーツは3月までの、私にとっての様々な学びの機会である。価値のある学び（黄色の透明パーツ）を得て自分自身のスキルを一段階上げていきたい。
The yellow bricks on my right hand side are various learning opportunities for me until March. I would like to take my own skills up a notch by learning something valuable (the yellow transparent brick).

前月（1２月）との比較　Comparison with previous month (December)

ここからは前月のモデルとの比較を行ってみる。
Here is a comparison with the previous month's models.

・12月には手に持っていたプロペラが1月には体に組み込まれた。ペンは持たなくなったがすぐ左手に「書け！」と言わんばかりに置かれている（事実上、ペンを持っている感じさえする）。
The propeller that was in my hand in December was built into my body in January. He no longer holds a pen, but it is immediately placed in his left hand as if to say, "Write!" (in effect, it even feels like he is holding a pen).

・12月の自分の目の前にあった黄色い領域が1月の自分にとって、大きなプラスになった。再び、自分の右前方に同じパターンの黄色い領域が出てきている。
The yellow area in front of me in December was a big plus for me in January. Once again, the same pattern of yellow areas are appearing right in front of me.

・1月になったらグレーのラインが他のプロジェクトと一体化した。
In January, the gray line was integrated with other projects.

・1月になって授業の表現が出てきた。
In January, the expression of the class came out.

・高い視座で考えるという表現が無くなった。
The expression "thinking from a higher perspective" is gone.

・1月のモデルは12月のモデルよりも、要素は増えたがスッキリとした印象を受ける。
The January model looks cleaner than the December model, although it has more elements.

昨年（2023年1月）との比較 Comparison with last year (Jan 2023)

・1年前、私のやる気は現在と同じく高いが、同時に1年前は大いに慌てている。
A year ago, my motivation was as high as it is today, but at the same time, a year ago, I was very upset.

・1年前、私の取り組みはバラバラでまとまっていない。
A year ago, my efforts were disjointed and unorganized.

・1年前も、私はこの時期に授業のことで頭を悩ませていた。
A year ago, too, I was still fretting over my classes at this time of year.

・1年前は、海外への意識はあったが、交流をしていたわけではなかった。
A year ago, I was aware of foreign countries, but I was not interacting with them.

・1年前に比べて、私の活動量は同じだが、現在は一つ一つの活動の連動を意識できている。
Compared to a year ago, my activity level is the same, but now I am more aware of the interlocking of each activity.

出来事のプレイ Playing Emergence

　ここではモデルに関して、３つほど今後起きる出来事を想定し、それに対して想定される自分の反応から適応の行動指針を探る。
　In this section, three or so future events are envisaged with regard to the model, and the possible personal reactions to these events are used to explore the behavioural guidelines for adaptation.

【出来事１：私がインフルエンザにかかる】
＜もたらされる影響＞
　どのプロジェクトでも私が積極的に関わっているため、プロジェクトが滞る。
＜自分が取りそうな判断＞
　リスケジューリングをお願いしたり、代理を立てる。
＜その判断は正しいか？なぜ正しいのか？＞
　正しいが、予防策を持っておくことはできる。数日動けなくなっても全体が遅れないように、早めに物事を済ませておいたり、早めに案を作っておいたりする。

Event 1: I catch the flu.
<Impact>
Since I am actively involved in every project, the project is delayed.
<Decision>
I ask for rescheduling or appoint a substitute.
<Is the decision correct? Why?>
Correct. But I could take precautions. I could get things done early so that if I am stuck for a few days, the whole project will not be delayed.

【出来事２：他の職場への転職の誘いがかかっているとうわさが出る】
＜もたらされる影響＞
　学外での広報や、新しい取り組みへに対する組織内の協力に変化が出る。
＜自分が取りそうな判断＞
　特に否定して回ることはしない。
＜その判断は正しいか？なぜ正しいのか？＞
　正しい。抗弁するより、いつもと同じ態度が信頼をつくるからである。

Event 2: Rumors of job offers to me for other positions.
<Impact>
Publicity outside the university and cooperation within the organization for new initiatives might change.
<Decision>
I will not go around denying anything in particular.
<Is the decision correct? Why?>
Correct. The same attitude as usual will build trust, rather than defending yourself.

【出来事３：大規模ハッキングでZoomやTeamsが使えなくなる】
＜もたらされる影響＞
　インターンシップの授業の運営が例年通りできなくなる。
＜自分が取りそうな判断＞
　対面に切り替える。授業の資料などは紙ベースで管理する。
＜その判断は正しいか？なぜ正しいのか？＞
　正しい。なぜなら、教育効果は正しい問いや手続きにあり、その仕組みはオンラインでもオフラインでも変わらないからだ。

Event 3: Zoom and Teams will not be available due to a large-scale hack.
<Impact>
The internship class will not be able to operate as usual.
<Decision>
Switch to face-to-face. I will switch to face-to-face meetings and keep class materials in paper form.
<Is the decision correct? Why?>
Correct. Because the effectiveness of education lies in the right questions and procedures, and the system is the same whether it is online or offline.

気づきと今後のステップ Insights and next steps

・年末年始の学びを得るための取り組みが私にとってとても良かったということが再認識できた。２～３月にも学びを得るための機会を積極的に作りたい。
I am reminded that my efforts to learn during the year-end and New Year's holidays have been very good for me. I would like to actively create opportunities for learning in February and March.

・1～3月は強い縛りのある予定は少ないので、たくさんの備えを作っておきたい。
I would like to be prepared for many more opportunities to learn during the months of January and March.
