レゴブロックを使って自分の状況を表現して内省する取り組みをしています。今回は2024年3月15日に作った自分の状況についての定点観測です。

I am working on using LEGO bricks to express and reflect on our own situation once a month. This time it is a fixed point observation about my situation that I made on 15th March 2024.

状況モデルの説明 Description of the situation model on March 15th, 2024

・モデルの中央にいる自分は手前の4本のラインに向けて進もうとしている。4本のライン（赤・灰色・緑・ピンク）は、現在進行中のプロジェクトを表している。どのプロジェクトも同じ形をして隣り合っているのは、対象や内容は違うものの、そのプロジェクトそれぞれで使っているレゴ🄬シリアスプレイ🄬メソッドをベースとした応用技術とプログラムには、お互いに高い類似性と親和性があることを示している（どれも私が関わっているから似たような方向性になってしまって当然かもしれない）。
I am in the center of the model, about to move toward the four lines in the foreground; the four lines (red, gray, green, and pink) represent ongoing projects. The reason why all the projects have the same shape and are next to each other is that the applied techniques and programs based on the LEGO🄬Serious Play🄬 method used in each of them have a high degree of similarity and affinity with each other, although they have different targets and contents. Since I am involved in all of them, it is perhaps not surprising that they are going in similar directions.

・モデルを横から見ると、自分の位置から４つのラインまでには距離がある。自分と４つのラインの間には黒もしくはグレーのブロックが置かれている。これはその間の道筋が不透明であることを意味している。だからこそ私は準備を行い計画を立てることでその間を埋めようとしている。私の足元にある緑と黄緑のブロックはこのNoteに書きためてきた知恵を、透明のブロックはファシリテーターとしての経験の蓄積を表している。それらのことが私が先に進むことができる自信を表している。
Looking at the model from the side, there is a distance from my position to the four lines. There are black and gray bricks placed between me and the four lines. This means that the path between them is uncertain. Therefore I try to fill in the gaps by preparation and planning. The green and yellow-green bricks at my feet represent the wisdom I have accumulated in this Note, and the transparent blocks represent my accumulated experience as a facilitator. They represent my confidence in my ability to move forward.

・私の背後にある黄色いプレートはこの1カ月の間に得た経験である。その経験に自分は大いに満足している。今後の私の計画にその経験を反映させたいという気持ちが黄色には表れている。また、そのプレートに隣接する黄色いブロックからベージュのラインと青のラインへの一連の流れは、レゴ🄬シリアスプレイ🄬メソッドの勉強会やイベントを示している。勉強会（黄色透明ブロック）、公開ワークショップ（旗）、アジアンミーティング（ピンクの花）が表現されている。特にスタート地点の黄色いブロックの上には、他のファシリテーターが表現されている。彼らとの友好的な関係が、今後の私のプロジェクトの成功へとつながっている。
The yellow plate behind me is the experience I have had over the past month. I am very satisfied with the experience. The yellow plate represents my desire to reflect that experience in my plans for the future. Also, the series of yellow blocks adjacent to that plate to the beige and blue lines indicate a Lego🄬Serious Play🄬 Method study session or event. Study groups (a yellow transparent brick), public workshops (a flag), and Asian meetings (a pink flower) are represented. The other facilitators are represented especially on the yellow brick at the starting point. My friendly relationship with them has led to the success of my future projects.

・上の写真の下側に見えるのは、私の子どもに関する状況である。ここ1カ月の間に学校でのトラブルに苦しみ、ようやく春休みに入った。まだ子どもの苦しみの傷はいえていないが母親のサポートも受け、次年度に向けて歩みをはじめようとしている。グレーのブロックで表されている困難が予想されるが、準備をすれば乗り越えるためのはしごが手に入り、前に進めるだろうと私は考えている。
What you see on the bottom of the picture above is the situation regarding my son. Over the past month, he has been suffering from problems at school and is finally on spring break. The wounds of my son's suffering have not yet been removed, but with the support of his mother, he is beginning to make progress toward the next school year. The difficulties represented by the gray bricks are to be expected, but I believe that he will have the ladder to overcome them and move forward.

前月（2月）との比較　Comparison with previous month (February)

ここからは前月のモデルとの比較を行ってみる。
Here is a comparison with the previous month's models.

・2月は私は止まって作業をしていたが、3月は前に歩みだしている。
In February I stopped and worked, but in March I am stepping forward.

・2月と3月の両方に、私の背後に良い経験ができたことを示す黄色のプレートがある。
In both February and March there is a yellow plate behind me representing that I had a good experience.

・2月も3月もプロジェクトを共に進めるパートナーの存在が表現されている。
In both February and March, there are partners of projects.

・2月よりも3月のほうが、今後のレゴ🄬シリアスプレイ🄬メソッドの学びの計画についてより明確になっている。
In March rather than February, there is more clarity about the future plans for learning the LEGO🄬Serious Play🄬 method.

・3月では家族の悩みが大きく示された。2月には全くない。
In March, family concerns were shown. in February, none at all.

昨年（2023年3月）との比較 Comparison with last year (March 2023)

・一年前も今年も、自分の前に見通しが悪いことを表現する黒のプレートがある。ただし、今年の方が見通しの悪いところを抜けた先の表現が明確である。
Both a year ago and this year, there is a black plate in front of me that expresses a poor outlook. However, this year's representation of the destination past the poor prospects is clearer

・一年前も今年も、モデルの右側には私の可能性の扉を開いてくれそうな要素が並んでいる。
Both a year ago and this year, the right side of the model is lined with elements that seem to open the door to my possibilities.

・一年前も今年も、私は海外の動き（青のライン）を意識している。
Both a year ago and this year, I am aware of foreign movements (blue bricks).

・今年は、家族に関する悩みがモデルに表れている。
This year, family-related concerns are clearly expressed in the model.

出来事のプレイ Playing Emergence

　ここではモデルに関して、３つほど今後起きる出来事を想定し、それに対して想定される自分の反応から適応の行動指針を探る。
　In this section, three or so future events are envisaged with regard to the model, and the possible personal reactions to these events are used to explore the behavioural guidelines for adaptation.

【出来事１：子供の精神状態がさらに悪くなる】
＜もたらされる影響＞
　自分のエネルギーの３分の１以上をこの出来事に割くことになりそう。
＜自分が取りそうな判断＞
　まずは休ませ、子供の新たな選択肢を妻と協力して探し検討する。
＜その判断は正しいか？なぜ正しいのか？＞
　基本的に正しい。自分がその問題でストレスを抱えて消耗しないことが大事である。そのために、この出来事に備えて大学の授業などを少ないエネルギーで乗り切るための代替計画を備えておくべきである。

Event 1: My son's mental state is even worse.
<Impact>
I will devote more than a third of my energy to this event.
<Decision>
First, I will give my son a good rest and I will work with my wife to find and consider new options for our child.
<Is the decision correct? Why?>
Basically correct. It is important that I do not be consumed with stress over the issue. I should prepare for this event and make an alternative plan in place to get through college classes and other activities with less energy.

【出来事２：自動車の致命的な故障】
＜もたらされる影響＞
　移動や買い物が極端に不便になる。新しい車の購入により家計の大きな出費が見込まれる。
＜自分が取りそうな判断＞
　新たに車を購入する。
＜その判断は正しいか？なぜ正しいのか？＞
　正しい。車を使わないということが、特に子供たちの教育視点での生活環境を悪化させてしまうからである。

Event 2: Fatal breakdown of a private vehicle
<Impact>
Daily travel and shopping will become extremely inconvenient. A large household expense is expected due to the purchase of a new car.
<Decision>
Purchasing a new car.
<Is the decision correct? Why?>
Correct. This is because not using a car would worsen the living environment, especially from the children's educational perspective.

【出来事３：LSPのアジアンミーティングの中止】
＜もたらされる影響＞
　学びの機会と人間関係づくりの貴重な機会が失われる。
＜自分が取りそうな判断＞
　グローバルミーティングへの参加を確定するとともに、もう一つの地域ミーティングへの参加を検討する。
＜その判断は正しいか？なぜ正しいのか？＞
　間違っている。私の判断が短絡的で、出席が目的化してしまっている。特に他の地域ミーティングに出るときには、どのような成果を持って帰るかをよく考えて準備をしなければならない。それを考えるときには他の活動との連動性を考えるべきである。

Event 3: Cancellation of LSP's Asian Meeting
<Impact>
Valuable opportunities for learning and relationship building are lost.
<Decision>
Determining participation in the global meeting and considering participation in another regional meeting.
<Is the decision correct? Why?>
Wrong. My judgment is short sighted and attendance has become an objective. I need to think carefully about what outcomes I will leave with and prepare for them, especially when attending other regional meetings. When considering this, linkage with other activities should be considered.

Once again, I could confirm that my family holds my daily performance.

・今後の計画を考えるときには、強くエンゲージするパターンのほかに、効率的に最低限の結果を残す方法も考えておく。
When considering future plans, in addition to strongly engaging patterns, I should also consider how to achieve minimum results in an efficient way.

・これから取り組まねばならないことも増えていくので、それぞれしていることの意味の連動性を考えていく。
As I have more things to work on in the future, I will consider the linkage of the meaning of my activities.
