This is a type of Pilipino rice cake. 

There are good cake and bakery shops in Baguio.
However, I can’t digest wheat well…that is why I'm looking for gluten free sweets!
Today I'm going to introduce Puto bumbong, I found this in the night market.
It's chewy and steaming hot😊

If you come to the Philippines, you must try Puto bumbong!
