This time I listened to this potcast...

I always listen to music or English study program on my smart phone while cooking dinner. If I didn't have to do such a wasteful thing, I could cook a meal more quickly.
But I tend to do it because I feel that "doing it while listening" = (work + α) a good deal.

When I listen to a program that I listen to all the time, sometimes a guest will appear on the show and talk about various topics with the host. For the most part, the guest has own podcast programs, and they’re know each other, but the connection is interesting.

Last week, the guest in the program says he had a program about finding  people’s talents and living a more fulfilling life. I immediately found the program and started listening.

The theme of this time is  to find the desires that each person has.
Dreams that we want to realize, of course, but also seemingly negative things that we wish to get rid of that we are anxious about are desires as well.

It seems that some people are found to be what is their true desires, another people are not found to be. The desires are what they ‘end up’ thinking about. The scene of ‘end up’ thinking about, he mentioned when you are taking a bath, and when you are going to sleep.
In the little moment, he says people are thinking proactively about things.
When I think about it, I do indeed think about it in a huff, that’s for sure.

Once you realize the desires, the desire is fulfilled, and eventually the number of things that one can do better than others (= "strengths") is increased.
The concept is to help people develop their talents in this way and increase the number of people in the world who live a better, more enjoyable life…
