We proofed that by integrating and utilizing the findings of 19th century science in the style of Design Science, it may have been possible to anticipate the recent major complex disasters. Using science correctly is as necessary, if not more so, than developing expertise in individual sciences. Risk assessment of any location is possible on the basis of the above theory. Relative risk assessment allows for seamless scaling.At the cost of science's development, the scope of its evaluation seems to be limited and fragmented to smaller spaces and objects.On the other hand, even known scientific findings can generate sufficient current and useful value if they can be integrated and utilized from a Design Science perspective.The important issue is not analysis but application and utilization.
