Instagramで話題を募集したところ、V系を好きになったきっかけを書いてほしいとあったので、今回はそれについて書きたいと思います。｜Some fans have asked me to write about how I fell in love with V-kei, so I would like to write about that this time.

小学時代のMr.Seiya｜Mr.Seiya in elementary school

小学生の頃は音楽は好きな方でしたが特に好きなジャンルはなく、
流行っている音楽を聴いていました。
｜When I was in elementary school, I was a music lover, but I didn't have a particular favorite genre.
I listened to whatever was popular.

ORANGE RANGEには特にはまっていた記憶があります。
｜I remember being particularly addicted to ORANGE RANGE.

音楽番組専門チャンネル「SPACE SHOWER TV」でよく放送していたスーパーヒットランキング50を録画して、何回も観たりMDでマイベストアルバムを作って車で聴いたりしていました。

｜I used to record Super Hit Ranking 50, which was often broadcast on the music program channel "SPACE SHOWER TV," and watch it many times or make my best album on MD and listen to it in the car.

小学校にバンギャが転校してきた｜BANGYA's transfer to my elementary school.

小学5年くらいの時に僕が通っていた小学校にある女子が転校してきました。
｜When I was in the fifth grade or so, a girl transferred to my elementary school.

初めは普通に話していましたが、転校してきて数日が経った頃、好きな音楽の話になり、その子がナイトメアというバンドが好きと言ってきました。
当然、流行りの音楽しか聴いていなかった僕はナイトメアを聞いたことも見たこともありません。
｜At first we talked normally, but a few days after  transferred to the new school, we started talking about the music we liked and the girl told me she liked a band called Nightmare.
Naturally, I had never heard of or seen Nightmare, as I only listened to trendy music.

知らないと言うと、その子は翌日、学校にナイトメアのポストカードを持ってきました。

｜When I told her I don't know, the girl brought a postcard of the nightmare to school the next day.

奇抜なメイクやピアスまみれの顔面に衝撃を受けたことを覚えています。｜I remember being shocked by the bizarre makeup and pierced faces.

それが僕がV系を知ったきっかけでした。｜That was my introduction to V-kei.

それから｜after that

ナイトメアが気になり、インターネットで調べているうちに好きになりました。｜I was curious about Nightmare and fell in love with it as I researched it on the Internet.

YouTubeで上がっていた「Star[k]night」のライブ映像（おそらく違法アップロード）は何度も視聴した記憶があります。｜I remember watching the live video (probably illegally uploaded) of "Star[k]night" that was up on YouTube many times.

初めて買ったCDも、初めて行ったライブもナイトメアでした。｜The first CD I bought and the first concert I went to was Nightmare.

小学校6年生か中学1年生くらいの時に母親と一緒に大阪厚生年金会館のライブに行きました。懐かしい。。。｜I went to a live concert at Osaka Kosei-Nenkin Kaikan with my mother when I was in the 6th grade of elementary school or the 1st grade of junior high school. I missed it so much.

中学になって｜Mr.Seiya in junior high school

関連動画からthe GazettEを知り、中学時代はガゼットに大ハマりしていました。｜I learned about the GazettE from related videos and was very much into the GazettE in junior high school.

最初に見たのは「舐」のPVだったと思います。｜I think I first saw the PV for "Zetsu".

それ以外のバンドもいろいろ聴き漁っていましたが、そこまでハマることはなく。｜I listened to a lot of other bands, but I never really got into them that much.

高校生になってDELUHIを知り、そこからメタルを聴くようになりました。このことは別の記事で書こうと思います。｜I discovered DELUHI in high school and started listening to metal. I will write about this in another article.

僕がV系を好きになったきっかけはこんな感じでした。｜This is how I fell in love with V-kei.
ちなみにその転校生とは特に仲良くなることもなく中学生になってからはしゃべった記憶もありません。笑｜By the way, I never got close to that transfer student and I don't even remember talking to him after I became a junior high school student. lol
