ハトシ」は、明治時代に清国（当時の中国）から長崎に伝わった料理。

中国語で「蝦多士（ハートーシー）」と書くとおり、蝦＝エビのすり身を、多士＝食パンで挟み、それを油で揚げて作る料理で、当初は円卓を囲む卓袱（しっぽく）料理のなかの一品となっていた。現在では街中で店頭販売されるほど、市民に身近な料理の一つになっている。
Hatoshi is a dish that was introduced to Nagasaki from the Qing Dynasty (then China) during the Meiji period.

As it is written in Chinese, ``Hatoshi'', it is a dish made by sandwiching minced shrimp (shrimp) between pieces of bread and frying it in oil.It was originally a shippoku dish served around a round table. It became one of the items. Nowadays, it has become one of the dishes familiar to citizens, so much so that it is sold in stores all over the city.
