2023年のワールド・トラベル・アワードで、ペルーは名誉ある2つの賞を受賞し、世界中のデスティネーションからの卓越した貢献を称える「2023スティネーション」のカテゴリーで堂々の1位に輝きました。

また、ヴィルヒリオ・マルティネス率いるCentral（ペルー、リマ）が、The World‘s 50 Best Restaurants（世界のベストレストラン50）で見事1位に輝きました。

日本からペルーへの直行便は運航されていないため、アメリカの主要都市を経由するのが一般的です。成田空港からは、ロサンゼルス、ダラス、アトランタなどの都市を経由してリマに向かうことができます。羽田空港からは、ロサンゼルス、ダラス、シカゴ、ヒューストン、サンフランシスコなどの都市を経由してリマに向かうことができます。

ペルー共和国は、南アメリカ大陸の西部に位置し、首都はリマです。ペルーは国土面積が大きく、アマゾンの熱帯雨林やアンデス山脈など多様な地形を有しています。古代文明の中心地であるペルーには、多くの遺跡が残されており、経済面では鉱業、農業、観光が主要な産業です。また、ペルー料理も世界的に知られており、セビーチェやリョーテなどの料理が人気です。

Additionally, Central, led by Virgilio Martínez in Lima, Peru, proudly claimed the first position in The World's 50 Best Restaurants.

Since there are no direct flights from Japan to Peru, it's common to transit through major cities in the United States. From Narita Airport, you can transit through cities like Los Angeles, Dallas, or Atlanta to reach Lima. From Haneda Airport, you can transit through cities like Los Angeles, Dallas, Chicago, Houston, or San Francisco to reach Lima.

The Republic of Peru is located on the western side of the South American continent, with Lima as its capital. Peru boasts a vast territory with diverse landscapes, including the Amazon rainforest and the Andes Mountains. As the heart of ancient civilizations, Peru is home to numerous archaeological sites. Its economy relies on industries such as mining, agriculture, and tourism, with abundant mineral resources like copper and zinc. Peru's cuisine is globally renowned, with dishes like ceviche and lomo saltado being popular favorites.
