💙March Release: NEMESIS, Canada 💙

Earlier this month, I contacted the Nemesis Coffee team to discuss a future partnership. 
I've been studying abroad for a short while in high school in British Columbia and miss wandering through Gastown so much. So I stay in touch with Vancity as much as possibly can and always look out for new shops/trendy places on Instagram and Youtube vlogs. Nemesis Coffee is a well-known place now in Vancouver. 🇨🇦

It started as the founder had the wish to create a lifestyle magazine and thus through coffee create a community. Their motto is "Coffee Creating Culture". See their logo ? 💙 It was designed so that a human could do it with their hands. They have their own roastery and work exclusively with direct trade (you can check the transparency reports on their website). Not only do they specialize in specialty coffee, but Nemesis also offers dining experiences with famous chefs for amazing wine pairings, and if you're downtown, you must go to one of their cafes to try the brunch. 

We selected their Costa Rica La Toboba Jocotes, red honey process and strong notes of orange, red grape with sweetness of milk chocolate for this week's release 🍊🍇🍫 
I'm an absolute fan ! And I can't wait to work again with them and pay them a visit.

今週のリリースには、コスタリカのラ・トボバ・ホコテスを選びました。
レッドハニープロセスで、オレンジや赤ぶどうの強いノートとミルクチョコの甘さが特徴です🍊🍇🍫。
