🇳🇴 March Release: TIM WENDELBOE, Norway 🇳🇴

This week, we have the honor to be offering through CFFBNS freshly roasted beans coming directly from Tim Wendelboe's roastery 🎉
You may have heard before of Tim Wendelboe as he is one of the pioneer figures of specialty coffee and nordic roasts on the international coffee scene. He became World Barista Champion in 2004 and World Cup Tasting Champion in 2005. 
He now has a roastery, an espresso bar & a training center in Oslo. 
The famous coffeeshop "Fuglen" in Tokyo used to serve Tim's roasted coffee.

For this week's release on CFFBNS, we chose a team's favorite, the Ethiopia Tatmara Natural ! With the sweetness of a ripe mango, the juiciness of red grape in the summer and the body/overall of a basket of freshly picked strawberries, this is the perfect coffee to start Spring 🌸

スペシャルティコーヒーやNordicローストの先駆者の一人であり、国際的なコーヒーシーンで知られていることを以前に聞いたことがあるかもしれません。彼は2004年の世界バリスタチャンピオンに輝き、2005年にはワールドカップテイスティングチャンピオンになりました🏆
Timは現在、オスロにロースタリー、エスプレッソバー、トレーニングセンターを持っています。東京の有名なコーヒーショップ「Fuglen」は以前、Timの焙煎したコーヒーを提供していました。

今週のCFFBNSのリリースでは、エチオピア・タトマラ・ナチュラルです！
熟したマンゴー🥭の甘み、夏の赤いブドウ🍇のジューシーさ、そして新鮮に収穫されたイチゴ🍓のようなボディ感が楽しめます。
