こんにちは！奄美大島で産婦人科、総合診療科をしていますことくです！

1月からは救急医として救命センターで働いております。

高校生の時に憧れだったDr.ヘリに乗って、奄美群島を飛び回っております。

空から見る奄美大島は本当に息を呑むほど美しいです。

自分が苦手としてきた急性期やICUなどの集中治療について勉強し直しております。

聴診器とエコーだけで診断して、リュックサックに入るだけの医療機器で「命」を助けるドクターヘリは「究極のへき地医療」かもしれません。

そんな中で救急科の中村部長が進めている遠隔医療相談システムの「JOIN」は本当に便利で奄美群島と各専門医の方がオンラインで繋がっていて各地域の先生、看護師にとってはありがたい存在になっています。

3月まで救急科にいます。沢山勉強します。

そんなこんなでもう来週になりましたが、27日は「奄美暮らしの保健室」です。

仙台から緩和ケア専門医の田上先生が、奄美フットから野崎さんも参加してくださいます。

I have been working as an emergency physician at the Emergency and critical care center since January. I am flying around the Amami Islands on a medical helicopter, whom I admired during high school. Amami Oshima, seen from the sky, is truly breathtakingly beautiful.

I am studying acute care and intensive care, which I am not very good at. Medical helicopter's missions, on which we diagnoses with only a stethoscope and echo, and saves "lives" with the minimum required medical equipments in a small backpack, are the "ultimate rural medicine."

And also, the remote medical consultation system "JOIN," promoted by Director Dr.Nakamura of the emergency department, is truly convenient and has become a grateful presence for doctors and nurses who live on remote islands in various regions, connecting online with specialists. I will be in the emergency department until March. I will study a lot.

On the 27th, there is "Amami Daily Health Consultation Room." Dr. Tagami, a palliative care specialist from Sendai, and Ms. Nozaki from Amami Foot will also participate.
