私たちは訪日外国人の数が今後さらに増加する中で、その需要を見据えた「外国人向け和食料理教室」が日本中に増えることを目指しています。

2018年には3000万人の訪日外国人が日本を旅行し、2030年には6000万人を予想しています。

SNSの普及や、政府の取り組みにより、東京や京都など有名な観光地以外にも、たくさんの訪日外国人が訪れ始めています。

モノからコトへ-これまでモノ（商品やサービス）を所有することに価値を置いていた消費から、商品やサービスを購入することで得られるコト（体験や経験）に価値を持つようになった今、ぜひとも外国人向け和食料理教室を日本全国に普及したい想いで、執筆しました。

1000人以上のゲストにヴィーガン和食レッスンを実施した私たちのノウハウや、和食料理教室の魅力をたくさん詰め込んだ本書をぜひ一読いただけますと幸いです。

Hello everyone, Rina and I have published a book titled "How to Start a Japanese Cuisine Cooking Class for Foreigners."

As the number of foreign visitors to Japan is expected to further increase in the future, we aim for the proliferation of "Japanese cuisine cooking classes for foreigners" throughout Japan to meet this demand. In 2018, 30 million foreign visitors traveled to Japan, and this number is predicted to reach 60 million by 2030.

Due to the spread of social media and government initiatives, not only famous tourist destinations such as Tokyo and Kyoto but also many other places are being visited by a large number of foreign tourists.

Transitioning from "Things to Experiences" - In the past, value was placed on owning things (goods and services) in consumerism, but now, in an era where value is placed on experiences gained through purchasing products and services (experiences), we have written this book with the strong desire to spread Japanese cuisine cooking classes for foreigners nationwide.

Having conducted lessons for over 1000 guests (specializing in vegan Japanese cuisine classes), we have packed our expertise and the appeal of Japanese cuisine cooking classes into this book. We would be grateful if you could take the time to read it.
