It's better not to give unnecessary reasons when you refuse (VOL1)

Hello, everyone.

Sai & Co. WAKU Chare Labo's Sai & Co. It is.

Well, today I'm going to talk about "It's better not to give an extra reason when you refuse (VOL 1)".

But before that, please.

Today's story, if "It was good!" If that's the way, please share it with your friends😁

Then it's the main topic.

Well, everyone.

First of all, I will ask everyone.

Don't you usually do it? Such a thing.

That is to say, when you are asked to do something, or when you are invited to eat or play, you try to refuse for some reason.

It's better not to do this too much.

There are quite a lot of nervous people, people who care about their surroundings, or people who care about people's eyes, but when you refuse, don't you think you can't refuse without a reason?

That's actually an assumption.

For example, let's say you are invited to a meal or drinking party.

Since the other person invited me, first of all, "I can't refuse," "What should I do if I refuse and hurt the other person?" Or, I thought, "If you make the other person feel bad, it will be troublesome later," and various thoughts on the premise that you can't refuse only in yourself are running around, and you have fallen into a single thought that you can't refuse.

Even if you really don't want to go.

So this is the next action the brain takes.

"I need an excuse to refuse something!" That's right.

Well, roughly speaking, it was decided from the beginning.

At first, when the thought that I shouldn't refuse starts, how can I refuse this invitation already? That's why I was switching my head.

But please think about it carefully.

Do you need an excuse to refuse?

For example, please think like this.

For those who don't have thoughts that you shouldn't refuse, it's okay to refuse normally, right?

Without any excuse.

What do people who think even if they refuse think? In other hand, you can refuse normally, so you don't need to think about the reason to refuse, so you can simply say "I won't go", "I'll hold back" or "It's fine today".

In other words, the reason will change depending on whether the premise when you are asked or invited is a thought that you should not refuse or a good idea to refuse.

In the first place, I don't know which type I am, from other people's point of view, so I just need to simply tell them that if I don't want to go, I won't go, and I'm going to put a strange reason there, so the context is strange. For example, I usually say, "I can't go because I don't have money" or "I can't go because I have a part-time job that day."

By the way, did you notice the two example sentences I just published, what's wrong with the context?

It's a sentence with no problem at all in Japanese, but from a psychological point of view, it's an unnatural sentence with a strange context.

Well, for the time being, I'll try to explain it with the sentence "I can't go because I don't have money."

"I can't go because I don't have money" is not wrong in the sentence itself, and it makes sense.

So I'm sorry, but if I write this blog, it's going to be halfway long, so I'll separate it here for a while today.

I'm very sorry for those who were reading well, but I will upload this continuation again tomorrow, so please come and visit again tomorrow.

Well, as for me, I blog about various things every day like this.

I write a lot of things, such as using psychology, using brain science, deciphering the essence of people, saying that if you become such a person, you will lose money, and if you are such a person, you will be loved by everyone and get it.

If you don't mind, please come and visit my other blog.

We are also looking forward to your questions, consultations, opinions, impressions, and registration on the official LINE.

Finally, if you say that today's story was good, please share it with your friends.

See you later✌️
