「初めて」の逆は？

for the first timeを使うことは普通にできる学習者は多いと思います。
When I went to America for the first time, …
などです。

あるいは、
The first time I went to America …

とする人もいるでしょう。

でも、「初めて」の逆は？

「最後に」ですね。

すぐ出てくるでしょうか。

いろいろあると思いますが、意外とそのままで、

for the last time

となります。

I was arrested（突然！）. As they led me away, I glanced back for the last time. 最後に振り返った、となります。

for the first timeに比べて、頻度は下がるでしょうけれど（使用者が今どれくらいの人生を歩んでいるかにもよる）、最後に、というのもちょくちょく使えると思います。

It was a rather chilly morning. I was leaving my host family to start a new, independent life in New York. When we said good-bye, I turned around and started to walk. Then I looked back for the last time. I couldn’t see them anymore with my eyes filled with tears.
