APO strategy is my coined word. As you can see, it is an acronym for Aristotle's Philosophy (Ethics / Political Science) PDCA cycle, OODA loop.

This is because I happened to know these three practical ideas, and now that I know them, I need to be able to use them.

Opinions that the PDAC cycle and the OODA loop should be used together are scattered on the Internet. So what about Aristotle's philosophy? That being said, Aristotle raised "happiness" as the ultimate goal of his practical theory. In short, the PDCA cycle and OODA loop are "tools" for ideologically neutral goal practice that do not go into "value theory" at all.

Since the modern era, value theory has been considered to be "various people" and not an area where science goes into, so there has not been much fundamental thinking in this field.

However, the fact that there is no fundamental value standard that humankind should share and that only "tools for achieving goals" are sharpened should create various problems. For, at the extreme, the PDCA cycle and OODA loop are also useful for "evil organizations." Mankind will be ruined if the cycle of making, executing, evaluating, and practicing the plan of "ruining the world" is seriously carried out. And in the war, each country does such a work for each country.

That is why the PDCA cycle and OODA loop absolutely require "ethical" control.
