ジョシュア・オルワフェミ・アデゴケです。これまで4年以上にわたってフロントエンド・エンジニアをしてきました。
私のテクノロジーとの歩みは、コンピュータサイエンスの基礎を学ぶことから始まり、その後、React、Redux、およびフロントエンドエコシステム内のさまざまなツールにおいてスキルを磨いてきました。

また、若く志の高いエンジニアやインターシップ生に、コーディングの知識を伝えたり、指導したりすることにも情熱を傾けてきました。

転職理由

新たな機会を探求する決断をした理由は、スキルセットを拡大し、新たな挑戦に取り組みたいという強い願望があったからです。私は異なる業界で革新的なソリューションに貢献できる役割を探していました。

転職する際に最も重要だったのは、個人的および職業的な成長の可能性でした。私は知識共有を尊重し、最新のテクノロジーと協力する機会を提供するダイナミックで包括的なチームを求めていました。
また、私は金融テクノロジー、アイデンティティ管理、病院管理、不動産テクノロジーなどの経験があったため、スポヲタが行っているようなスポーツテクノロジーの世界についても興味津々でした。スポーツテクノロジーはまだ多くを学び、探求する余地があると思います。

Sportaでの仕事は興奮と充実感にあふれています。私は特に革新的な環境と多様で才能あるチームとの協力の機会に引かれています。ここは私の専門知識を活用し、他の人から学びながら会社のミッションに貢献できる場所です。

将来の目標と現在の課題

将来的には、重要な脆弱性に対処し、デジタルシステムの安全性を確保する高度に堅牢なアプリケーションを構築することを目指しています。特に金融テクノロジーの文脈で、最新のセキュリティプロトコルの重要性に触発されています。
現在の課題は、サイバーセキュリティの最前線に立ち、私が取り組むシステムが新興の脅威に対して強靭であることを確保することです。

Self Introduction or Background:

I am Joshua Oluwafemi Adegoke, an experienced frontend engineer with over 4 years of expertise.

My journey in technology commenced with a strong foundation in Computer Science, and I've since refined my skills in React, Redux, and the array of tools within the frontend ecosystem.

I'm equally passionate about imparting knowledge through teaching and mentoring young tech enthusiasts during coding internships.

Reasons for Changing Jobs:

I decided to explore new opportunities because I have a strong desire to expand my skill set and take on fresh challenges.
I'm looking for a role that allows me to contribute to innovative solutions in different industries.

What Was Important When Changing Jobs:

When changing jobs, what mattered most to me was the potential for personal and professional growth. I sought a dynamic and inclusive team that values knowledge sharing and the opportunity to work with the latest technologies.
I was also curious to learn about the world of sports, since I had experience building Fintech, Identity Management, Hospital Management and also Property-tech. I believe Sport-tech looks so promising, with still so much to learn and explore.

Feelings About Working at Sporta:

Working at Sporta has been an exciting and fulfilling experience.
I'm particularly drawn to the innovative environment and the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse and talented team.
It's a place where I can apply my expertise and learn from others while contributing to the company's mission.

Future Goals and Current Challenges:

In the future, I aspire to build highly secure applications that address critical vulnerabilities and ensure the safety of digital systems.
I'm motivated by the importance of up-to-date security protocols, especially in the context of Fintech.
My current challenge is to stay at the forefront of cybersecurity and ensure the systems I work on remain resilient to emerging threats.
