女の背中が見える。
その前には男がいる。

ふたりは話し合っている。
ただし、声は聞こえない。

色紙が床に落ちている。

それを拾いあげ
なんとなく紙の鳥を折る。

振り向いてもらいたくて

できあがったそれを
女の肩越しに差し出す。

こんなに上手にできたのに
女は気づいてくれない。

紙の鳥を前後に振れば
紙の翼が上下に羽ばたく。

それでも女は知らんぷり。

いつまでも　いつまでも
羽ばたき続ける　紙の鳥。
　

The Paper Bird

I can see the back of a woman.
Before that there is a man.

They are talking.
However, I can not hear the voice.

A piece of colored paper is falling on the floor.
I pick it up and then fold paper bird somehow.

I want to turn the woman back,
and I will put it out over her shoulder.

The woman does not notice though I have done so well.

If I sway the paper bird back and forth,
the wings of the paper flap up and down.

Still, the woman is pretending not to notice.

Forever forever, keep flapping forever, the paper bird.
