先日AIに、足に鍼が刺さっている写真を見せました。そしてこれは何をしているところかと尋ねると、「鍼がツボに刺さっています」と返してきました。ツボもちゃんとした経穴名まで提示していました。「足三里に刺さっているかもしれません」というように。
たぶん、鍼が刺さっている様子を見て、それがなんというツボかを学習すれば、すぐに刺さっているツボとそのツボの適応症くらいまでは完全に把握できるのではないでしょうか。
いずれ症状を入力するだけで、その患者に必要とされる選穴と刺激量くらいは一瞬でAIが出力してくれるようになる気がします。
AIが体を獲得して実際に治療をする、という点についてはAI自身が回答してくれた通りです。
おそらく私が生きている間は難しいのではないでしょうか？そんな悠長なこと言ってられないか？
鍼灸師としては、このAIを活用しない手は無いでしょう。AI自身も診断のサポートやデータ分析は任せてくださいと言っています。うまく利用して共存していくことで、より効果の高い治療を提供できるようになっていくことが想像できますね。
