産土に謡う

この地には代々受け継がれてきた「謡」がある。 近年、その舞台となっていた歴史ある祭は、コロナ禍と深刻な高齢化によって開かれなくなった。 人々は今後、以前のような祭が開かれることはないだろうと語る。 この地の歴史や⽂化を物語る光景は、無⾔の消滅へと歩んでいくのだろうか。 持続可能な地⽅の地域づくりは、いまだ整う状況ではない。 私たち若者は、どのようにして「ふるさと」を残していけるのだろうか。

Chanting to the Land

In this area, “utai” (chanting) has been carried down from one generation to the next. In recent years, the worshiping of this historical place has not been held due to the COVID-19 restrictions and limitations due to the aging community. The people who live there say that the event will not take place like before. These scenes that tell the unique history and culture of this land are gradually disappearing with time. It is necessary to sustain the community but no one seems prepared for it. How are we young people able to preserve “Furusato”, our deep cultural roots?
