歳が上がって
後輩だらけにナると
カラダを動かす事が
メッキリ減りましょう？

何処かでカラダ
動かしておかないと
イザって時に動きませんでした
なんてのは恥ずかしい
…で済んだらマシな方ですよね
下手すりゃ命取り

僕としては
もう少しだけ長生きしたい
と感じ出しているので
カラダを使う事は
最大関心事の１つ
と云って良いと想っています

今日は暑かったでしょう
３フロアに掃除機をかけ
２つのトイレ２台のエアコン
１つの洗濯機を
キレイにスるから
総行程で
３時間半位かかります

上のフロアの気温が
メチャクチャ高くナるんです
コレでもマシな方なんですが
真夏だと40℃台に乗ってきます
