I write about my recommendation goods for pregnancy (before and between).

妊娠前、妊娠中は「葉酸」を採るといいそうです！＋鉄分もとれる、おいしく食べられるタブレットです。私は錠剤が苦手なので、、はじめはピジョンのものを食べていましたが、2錠食べるのと、味が濃いのが苦手でした。。
This is Folat acid tablets for pregnancy. In Japan, we say that is good for before and between pregnancy. I'm not good at drinking pills, so I eat tablets( need to bite). Firstly I have aten other maker's tablets but it need 2 tablets. Also the taste was bit of intense taste  for me.

妊娠初期は歯磨きがつわりで辛いです。。歯磨き２，３ブラシしたくらいで吐き気がしました、、この歯ブラシは高級ですがブラシが洗車用の特殊加工がされていて、少しのブラッシングで歯がツルっとします！少しでもきれいになるので是非！
The first pregnancy timestar, I had some trouble with brushing my theeth… I felt nauseous when the thoothbrush enter my mouth.. But this toothbrush makes tooth very clean because the brush is made like washing cars.! Little brush makes your tooth bright!

こちらはヘッドが小さい歯ブラシです。細かい隙間を洗うことができ、歯医者さんでも使われています。私は妊娠中期の今でも夜の歯ブラシはこちらを使用しています！
This is also toothbrush that has small brush head. This can clean the gap of your tooth. Now I'm middle of pregnancy and using this tooth brush at night!

1～2週間に一度、妊娠期でなくても糸ようじは大事だと思います、！歯医者さんが言っていました！妊娠期は特に、唾液量が減るので虫歯トラブルが多いです。頻繁にきれいにして虫歯予防するといいですよ！
For 1 or 2 weeks a day, this thread picks are needed to you! Dentist actualy said that! Especially at pregnancy, we cannot make saliva (water of mouth) so much… We need to keep clean for our health!

舌の汚れを取ることができるブラシです。昔買ってそのままにしていたのですが、妊娠期に舌が白くなって汚れが溜まっていました、、唾液が出ないのも原因で、においも気になっていました、、そのせいで気分が悪くなったり、、、この舌クリンで毎回掃除するととても爽快です！
This is for cleaning your tongue. Long time ago I bought this and did'nt use, but now, this helped me a lot! My tongue was like white because of lack of saliva. Also mouth smell made me feeling nauseous by myself,,, This brush do make it better!
