・No visible tattoos while you’re in your Etihad cabin crew uniform (cosmetic and bandage coverings aren’t allowed)
・Comfortable to work irregular hours and on a roster

・Excellent personal presentation, style and image

Step 1
We will review your application. If you are a good fit for our team, we will invite you to submit your video.

Step 2
The assessment day will be either virtual or face to face. It will include height & Tattoo check, individual experience discussion, group exercise or role play activity to showcase your customer service experience, team work and communication skills. This will be followed by a final interview and English test.

Step 3
