Animal manure, rice grasshoppers, and misogynistic

I took two lessons today.

The first one was with teacher I; since it was the first time after a long time, we had a lot of things we wanted to share.

I couldn't remember how the topic changed, but she shared a funny or awkward experience.
When she was a student, her teacher asked the students to bring animal manure to use fertilizer.
They were growing plants or vegetables in their field in their schoolyard.
After harvesting, they could bring them back home to eat or sell to earn.

Hearing her memory, I remembered my childhood; when I was an elementary and junior high student, we had an event called "inagotori."
It was catching rice grasshoppers, and we had a quota.
After catching them, we scaled the amount and sold them.
The earnings were used for buying some items or facilities in the school.

That night I caught rice grasshoppers; I could see if they jumped passing in front of me even if I closed my eyes in my bed.
It was terrible, but at the same time, a memorable thing.
Do school students have the same event nowadays?

The second one was with teacher N.
She shared her concerns nowadays.
I was worried about her so much.
I hope her worries could solve soon.

We talked about the book she recommended to me in our former class.
I searched if I borrow it from the public library in our area, but they didn't have it.
However, I discovered I could read it with a kindle, which costs about 600 yen, and if I buy it, it costs about 3,000 yen.

I recalled what we could request to borrow from the other library.
Although I wonder if they could prepare it, I'll ask them when I visit the library next time.
She explained the book in detail, so I keened to read.

In her explanation, she mentioned "misogynistic," which means hating women in particular, and then I imagined a person who is one of the members of the parliament in Japan.
Guess who?
