Falò IPA

ABV:6.0% IBU:55

青々とした柑橘を思わせるホップのアグレッシブなアタック。
モルトのふくよかさと心地よい苦み、ダンクなフレーバーのIPAに仕上がりました。

クラフトビールと切っても切り離せないIPAという存在。十数年前にアメリカで受けた衝撃は今でも心に刻まれています。それからIPA多様に変化しましたが、今の自分の”最適解”はコレ。フレッシュな苦みを纏った黄金色の液体をご賞味あれ。

Friends Series vol.1

First drop is from @craftrockbrewing, the brewery I used to work few years ago as a brewer.
We brewed an IPA named after our brewery, Falò.

Falò IPA
ABV:6.0% IBU:55

Aggressive hop attack reminiscent of berry and green citrus.
Malt richness, pleasant bitterness, and a dank flavor.

IPA is an inseparable part of craft beer. The impact I had in the U.S. ten years ago is still carved in my mind. Since then, IPAs have changed in various ways, but this is my current "optimal solution”. Enjoy the golden liquid with fresh bitterness.
