はじめまして。早瀬ともです。
2024年1月から、11歳のひとり娘と母子でマレーシア ジョホールバルに教育移住し、インターナショナルスクールに通わせながら、日本の法人をリモートで経営しています。
28歳のときに株式会社を設立し、美容メーカーとして化粧品開発・スクール・エステサロンをスタートして14年め。現在約400店舗の日本国内のエステサロンに自社製品を卸しています。

Nice to meet you. My name is Tomo Hayase.
Since January 2024, I have been living in Johor Bahru, Malaysia with my 11 years old daughter.
My daughter is a student at an international school and I run my company in Japan remotely.
I started my own business when I was 28 years old and have been running my company for 14 years.
I develop cosmetics and run a beauty school and esthetic salon in Japan.
Our company distributes our products to over 400 esthetic salons in Japan.

経歴 My Career

同志社大学在学中に国内最大手のアパレル会社に社員として入社。
（入社後に留年が決まり、初の学生社員に。汗）
学生時代から続けていた水商売（京都祇園のラウンジ・キャバクラで数々のナンバー１の実績あり）をしながら百貨店で販売員として働くも、低賃金・販売ノルマ・重労働・サービス残業の続くブラックな労働環境から抜け出したく、3年勤務した後、外資系損害保険会社に営業職として転職するも、1年で退社。その後もアパレルベンチャー企業広報担当・人材派遣会社マネージャー・ブランド買取ショップEC担当・美容商社マネージャーなど職を転々としながら数々の美容資格を取り、2011年にエステサロンとエステスクールを開業、会社設立。同年に協会ビジネスに参入し、2012年に一般社団法人設立。約500名の会員を抱える代表理事として協会運営に長年携わるも、ストレスと過労による体調不良・育児の忙しさにより2018年解散。
より本質的な美・健康・女性の経済的及び精神的な自立と幸せを実現させる商材の開発を行い、構想から8年かけて2020年に自社ブランド「Bio Peelハーブピーリング」を発売。2022年にワックス脱毛ブランド「Bio Wax」を販売開始。2024年にパストアップブランド「Plump Bust」を販売開始。現在400店舗以上のエステサロン・美容クリニック・治療院に展開。
またメーカー直営サロン＆スクールとして「Bio Beauty」を展開。

プライベートでは11歳の女の子のママ。
日本（神戸）で暮らしていた当時はモデル・ダンス・演技・歌・アクロバット・英会話など様々な教育を行い、グローバルな環境で教育を行うため、2024年1月よりマレーシア ジョホールバルへ母子で教育移住。マレーシアの
巨大財閥が運営するカナダ式インターナショナルスクールに通わせる。

趣味は海外旅行。
2023年はアメリカ（LA／ラスベガス／セドナ／グランドキャニオン）、イタリア（ミラノ／ローマ／ナポリ）、タイ（バンコク・パタヤ）、シンガポール、マレーシア（クアラルンプール／ジョホールバル／ランカウイ島）、上海、マカオに渡航。
2024年はベトナム（ホーチミン）、フィリピン（マカオ）、シンガポール、ギリシャ、中国、香港へ渡航＆渡航予定。
趣味と仕事を兼ねて、現地で美容展示会・問屋・スパ・クリニックに足を運び、世界中の最新美容情報に触れています。

While I was a student at Doshisha University, I joined one of the largest apparel companies in Japan.
I worked as a sales representative in a department store, but wanted to get out of the black working environment of low wages, sales quotas, heavy workload, and continuous service overtime.
After working for an apparel company for three years, I moved to a foreign non-life insurance company as a sales representative, but left after one year.
After that, I worked in a variety of positions, including PR manager of an apparel venture company, manager of a temporary staffing agency, EC manager of a brand purchase store, and manager of a beauty trading company, while obtaining numerous beauty certifications.
In 2011, I opened an esthetic salon and esthetic school, and established a company.
In the same year I started my association business and established a general incorporated association in 2012.
I was the president of the association with 500 members and ran the association for many years, but due to stress and overworked health and childcare, I dissolved the association in 2018.
I have spent 8 years from the conception to the development of beauty products to further realize essential beauty, health, and women's economic and spiritual independence and happiness.
In 2020, we launched our own brand "Bio Peel Herbal Peeling"; in 2022, we launched a waxing brand "Bio Wax"; in 2024, we launched a breast enhancement brand "Plump Bust";
Currently, the company has more than 400 esthetic salons, beauty clinics, and treatment centers.
I also run ”Bio Beauty”, esthetic salons and schools.

In my private life I am a mom of an 11 year old girl.
When I lived in Japan (Kobe), I did various education such as modeling, dancing, acting, singing, acrobatics, and English conversation for my daughter.
In order to provide education in a global environment, my daughter and I moved to Johor Bahru, Malaysia in January 2024. My daughter attends a Canadian style international school run by a Malaysian conglomerate.

I love to travel.
In 2023, I traveled to USA (LA/Las Vegas/Sedona/Grand Canyon), Italy (Milan/Rome/Naples), Thailand (Bangkok/Pattaya), Singapore, Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur/Johor Bahru/Lankawi), Shanghai and Macau.
In 2024, I traveled to Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City), the Philippines (Macau), and Singapore.
As a hobby and for work, I visit beauty exhibitions, wholesalers, spas, and clinics locally to stay in touch with the latest beauty information from around the world.

Noteをはじめた理由 Why I started Note

試行錯誤しながらがむしゃらにキャリアと経験を積んだ20代→起業家＆母親として会社経営と子育てに奮闘してきた30代を超え、人生後半戦の40代に、自分の幸せにとことん向き合いながら、自分の経験・知識・失敗・考えなどが誰かの役に立てたら良いなと思い、ありのままの自分の考えや今の想いをまとめたり記録に残していこうと思い、Noteをスタートしました。

In my 20's, I was struggling to build up my career and experience through trial and error, and in my 30's, I was struggling to manage a company and raise my children as an entrepreneur and mother.
In my 40s, I am now in the second half of my life, and I am hoping that my experiences, knowledge, failures, and thoughts will be useful to others as I face my own happiness, I started "Note" to record my thoughts and feelings as they are.

I would like to write freely about what I want to write about.

日本語と英語で書いているのは、自分自身の英語の勉強と、日本を離れて海外で生活していることもあり、私も娘も対人関係が国や国籍を超えボーダーレスになってきているからです。
The reason I write in both Japanese and English is because I am studying English, and also because we are living abroad, away from Japan, and interpersonal relationships for both my daughter and me are becoming borderless, transcending countries and nationalities.
