　過去３回、シン・エヴァンゲリオン劇場版の感想・考察についてまとめてきた当noteですが、今回からはこれまで通り澤野弘之さんの楽曲を中心に、私が好きな曲の和訳に挑戦する形式に戻していきます。ぜひ、今後もお付き合いいただけますと幸いです。

　今回は、歌詞・和訳シリーズ第１９弾ということで「 Wilt / VerseQuence 」に挑戦していきます。最近リリースされた澤野さんの最新アルバム「iv」から和訳をしてみようかと思っていたのですが、全編英語詩の曲がありませんでしたので、もうちょっと考えてみようと思います。それまでは、個人的に好きな曲で和訳をやっていきます。

◆楽曲「 Wilt / VerseQuence 」について

　この楽曲は、スマホ向け音ゲー「VOEZ」に収録されているものになります。個人的にこういった音ゲーが大好きですので、VOEZもプレイする機会があり、この楽曲と出会いました。VOEZの中でもWiltは１・２を争う大人気楽曲みたいです！確かにいい曲ですので、皆さんぜひこの和訳も見ながら、楽曲を聞いてみてください。

　また、VOEZに収録されている楽曲で個人的に好きな曲もいくつかご紹介させていただきますので、ご覧ください。

短い曲ではありますが、VOEZ内のカバー絵や、YouTubeにアップされているこの曲の背景イラストを見ると、この曲の世界観が少し見えるような気がしています。暗い…曲ではないとは思うんですが、「死」や「絶望」を感じる歌詞や曲調は、この「Wilt」という曲が持つ独特の世界観を見せてくれているように感じます。
