Welcome on my "Note". 
My name is Pauline and I'm a specialty coffee curator for a start-up in Japan. 
I go by "Pauethic" on most social networks so you can find me under this nickname. 
I will be using ノート to share bits of my work with fellow coffee lovers. 

On a side project, I am setting up a free guide on Notion for all people picking an interest on coffee but not knowing where to start.. It'll take up some more weeks/months but I'll share when it's ready. 
First version will be available in French, second release will be translated into English (we'll see later for Japanese!) ✍🏼

In the meantime, I will be taking over this "Note" to share short coffee stories and introduce various international partners I get to connect with 🖤

While I'm fluent in English, my Japanese still sucks so please bare with it until I improve haha

ポリーンといい、日本のスタートアップ企業でスペシャルティコーヒーキュレーターをしています。
「Pauethic」というニックネームを使って、ほとんどのソーシャルネットワークで活動していますので、この名前で私を見つけることができます。
ここでは、コーヒー好きの仲間と情報を共有するために、「ノート」を利用するつもりです。

また、別のプロジェクトとして、コーヒーに興味を持ち始めた人たちを対象に、無料のNotionガイドを作成しています。
完成までには数週間/数か月かかる予定ですが、でき上がり次第共有します。
第1版はフランス語で、第2版は英語に翻訳されます.

その間、この「ノート」を使って、ショートコーヒーストーリーや、つながった様々な国際的なパートナーを紹介します。🖤
