今年も花見は外で大々的に出来るかどうかは分かりませんが、酒は生で呑むのが一番美味しゅうございます。冬場は熱燗派、夏は冷酒派な私ですが、春、秋は生でチビチビ塩辛やカラスミなどとともにヤるのが至福の時ですの。
日本酒は呑まない人も、料理酒に使ったり、邪気払いに酒風呂にしたり、お供えに使えるのが便利です。
日本人たるもの、米文化に敬意を払って生きていきたい今日この頃。
日本酒には思い入れ深いのです。

Talking of Sake,I called my pop passed away suddenly last year up

I often clashed with him,who was super strict and high-pressure,but since I became independent,I was able to talk about various things while drinking sake and  noticed have been deeply loved and respected by him.
Even now,when I drink sake alone,incredibly cry like a child.
I may have begun to learn that there are wounds which can't be healed,that there's no need to heal,there is a life just to taste the emotions quietly,and I return to the soil with only colorful memories.Hmm...
