本日もこちらの本から紹介していきます。

意思決定時に陥りやすい「3つの罠」のうち
「飛び道具トラップ」の一例として、
過去に多くの企業がERPをこぞって導入しようとし
ERPで競争優位を生み出そうという趣旨の記事に対しての
楠木建教授の説明です。

僕自身、今まで競争戦略に関する本や講義を通じて
「意味のある違い」を生み出す事が競争戦略で重要という認識でいたが、
「betterとdifferentを区別して考える」というのは、よりその認識を
明瞭にしてくれる気がしたので今回ピックアップしてみました。

この施策はオペレーションの効率化を目指すbetterなのか
「他社との意味ある違い」を生み出すdifferentに繋がる施策なのか…🧐
そうやって自社や企業の戦略を見てみると
今までより解像度が上がりそうだと思い、備忘メモとして残しておきます。（例えば間接部門のオペレーション効率化でのbetterを通じて、
　利益率を確保しながら競合に対して低価格戦略が取れるという場合は、　
　better経由での意味のあるdifferentになると思うので、
　一概にbetterだからダメではないので、念のために補足しておきます）

Today I will start with this book again.

As an example of one of the "three traps" that companies tend to fall into when making decisions, Professor Ken Kusunoki's explanation is in response to an article in the past in which many companies were trying to create a competitive advantage through ERP.

I myself, through books and lectures on competitive strategy, have always believed that creating "meaningful differences" is important in competitive strategy.
I picked up this article because I feel that the distinction between "better" and "different" makes this understanding clearer.

Is this a better measure that aims to improve operational efficiency, or is it a measure that leads to differentiation that creates "meaningful differences from other companies"... 🧐.
I thought that looking at the company's strategy in this way would improve the resolution, and I leave it as a reminder.

(For example, if a company is able to secure profit margins while maintaining   a low-cost strategy against the competition through better operational 
 efficiency in the indirect department.
 It would be a meaningful difference via better.)
