私の書いた日記を、英会話の先生に添削をしていただくシリーズです。

今回は、先日訪れた帝国ホテルアフタヌーンティーでの出来事を書いてみました。添削後と添削前の文章を載せています。太字の部分が先生に訂正された箇所です。

添削済の日記

I went to afternoon tea with graduates of my therapist class.
The graduates had requested it.
When I made the reservation, I told the restaurant that I would use it for this purpose.
On the top tier of the afternoon tea tray, a chocolate plate.
On the second tier tray, they put a dry ice decoration.
I was surprised to see the afternoon tea tray filled with smoke.
On the chocolate plate, I was asked to write a message.
It was a seven-letter Japanese phrase "卒業おめでとう" which means "Congratulations on your graduation!

And then, I have one question.
If you want the message "Congratulations on your graduation" written on a chocolate plate, like this one.
What phrase would you use in English?
Would it be "Congratulations on your graduation"?
Is there a shorter phrase?
I feel like it's too long to write on a small chocolate.

⇨このままのフレーズを使う。
　短縮したい場合は、Congrats on・・・もあり。（フォーマルではない。）
