Global or analytic?

I took two lessons with teacher N today, and we talked a bit about serious topics.

Global thinking or analytic thinking?

She explained with some examples.
When we go to a forest surrounded by many trees, if we can focus on one tree, it is the analytic thinking person.
On the other hand, when we study with listening to music simultaneously, it is a global thinking person.

I don't know which type of person I am, sometimes I can focus on only one thing even if there are many things to do, but sometimes I can't.
I have experienced attending the Yoga class; during the course, I focused on the instructor, but at the same time, I was thinking about the menu for dinner that day.

If I go to a forest, can I recognize which type of person I am?
However, it is hay fever high season; I must suffer from itchy eyes, runny nose, and sneezing, and then I can't focus on anything, so I'll go after the season.

Although I didn't remember why the topic changed, we talked about foreign teachers at schools in Japan.
She asked me if any foreign teachers were at my son's school.
They have a foreign teacher who only comes sometimes, probably less than ten times a month.

However, when my son was in elementary school, they had a regular foreign teacher who taught twice or three times a week, and she taught at another school nearby on other days.
She engaged in the JET program.

I had an opportunity to talk with her, and we exchanged our LINE ID and promised to meet for lunch or tea someday.

I texted her a couple of days ago and asked if she'll continue teaching there after April.
She replied and said that she had already left Japan in January.
It was a shame.
I told my son about that; he was disappointed and told me all the students loved her.

I hope her future will be delightful and satisfying, and we can reunite someday.
