血統を無視するのなら、それはもはや皇室ではない。
皇族は、選挙で決めるものではない。
血統を重んじるから、皇族なのである。
今は現代社会だから血統重視がダメだと言うなら、皇室は存在し得ない。
国民統合のため、皇室が必要と思うのなら、たとえ今が現代社会であろうとも、ここは皇族の血統を重んじるほかない。

If you ignore the pedigree, it is no longer imperial family.
The imperial family can not be chosen by election.
It is the imperial family because you respect the bloodline.
If it is said that emphasis on pedigree is no good because it is a modern society now, the imperial family can not exist.
If you think you need imperial family for the unity of the people even though it is a modern society now, you should accept the importance of the pedigree and bloodline of the imperial family.
