1890年頃、創業者がブラジルにいる家族の持っている農園から輸入したことからはじまった、ポートランドにある、長い歴史を持つロースター。今はもちろんブラジル以外の国のコーヒーも取り扱っている。

Pulped-Natural 製法: コーヒーチェリーの皮を取り除き、その後乾燥工程に入るものでブラジルで生まれた、乾燥工程を短くするための製法。脱殻後の生豆はNaturalとWashedの中間位でやや黄みがかった色をしているそう。

わりと深めの煎った香りの割に、すっきり飲めるコーヒーでした。ナッツさが気持ちの良い感じです。

個人的には、自転車に沿ってハサミを入れるように書かれた絵のパッケージが好きでした。
