クラーケン（Kraken）といえば，一般的には巨大なイカやタコとされているモンスターである。海洋を舞台とする冒険においては，シーサーペント（大海蛇）と双璧をなす，極めて危険な存在だ。
そんな海の巨大怪物クラーケンの恐ろしさと惨禍を描いた曲です。
