夏の風物詩。
風鈴、蚊取り線香、花火、、、

扇風機。

そう、扇風機。

今の家に引っ越してから４年目なぜか扇風機をこれまで使ってこなかったのに、ふと思い出し、使ったら何て快適！
風がふわ～っと動くだけでも、涼しさがあります。

むかし、伊東家の食卓で、窓の外に向けて扇風機をかけてた方が涼しいって言ってた。

土曜日に姉と旦那とともに、日暮里、上野のはしご酒をしました　
谷中ビアホール→日暮里京の華→上野玉響
なかなか最高のコースだったと思います

総じてまったりと。そして、美味しいお酒とごはん。

おすすめのコースです。お腹空いてなかったのに、美味しいお酒にはじまり、お野菜パクパクたべていたりなんやかんやで、ツマミと言わずたくさん食べてきました。（笑）

谷中ビアホールは、コースターも買って帰ったよ。

今日は、飯田橋にあるクラフトビールのお店に
私は最近は黒ビールばかりです(写真は一緒に行った姉のためのIPA )
後味がすきっとしてて、あまり残らず、でも口当たりはガツン！みたいなビールが最近すきです

とりあえず思ったのは息抜きは大事だね。

The machine pilates is easy to do for me and keep up from now:-)
