I pulled out a 30-year-old recipe book from the back of the bookshelf.
Baking cookies.
Shoveling snow.
Drinking tea.
Shoveling snow.
Baking bread.
Shoveling snow again.

30年前のお菓子のレシピ本を
本棚の奥から ひっぱりだして。
クッキーを 焼いたり。
雪かきしたり。
お茶を 飲んだり。
雪かきしたり。
パンを 焼いたり。
またまた。雪かきしたり。

Spice cookies
Ingredients: 150 g flour
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon ginger powder
about 40g unsalted butter
Sugar As much as you like
1 egg
raisins, as much as you like

スパイスクッキー
材料 : 小麦粉 150g
ベーキングパウダー　大さじ1/2
シナモン                 小さじ1/2
ナツメグ                 小さじ1/3
ジンジャーパウダー  小さじ1
無塩バター              40gくらい
砂糖 自分の好きなだけ
卵 1個
レーズン 自分の好きなだけ



Preparation
1 : Mix butter and sugar.
2 : Beat the egg into the mixture.
3 : Cut raisins into desired size and add to mixture.
4 : Add the sifted flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger powder to 3.
5 : Divide 4 into 60 rounds.
6 : Mash the rounds into a thin layer.
7 : Bake in the oven at 170°C for 20 minutes.

作り方
1 : バターと砂糖を混ぜる。
2 : とき卵を1に混ぜる。
3 : 自分の好きな大きさに切ったレーズンを2に加えて混ぜる。
4 : ふるっておいた薄力粉、ペーキングパウダー、シナモン、ナツメグ、ジンジャーパウダーを3に加えて混ぜる。
5 : 4を60個に分けて丸める。
6 : 丸めた5を薄くつぶす。
7 : 170℃のオーブンで20分焼いたら出来上がり。
