今日、やっと材料が届きました。
それも、先日届いた材料の差し替えです。

今は、「美味しい」と「作業性が良い」と「価格的に見合う」の要素が揃う材料は、なかなかないものです。

健康ケンコー！体に良い！を謳ってパンを焼いて来た当店は、もともと焼菓子屋。
ここで焼菓子屋に戻したところで、体に良い菓子など、そう滅多にあるものではなく…。

それでも、この素材は〝良かれ〟と思って取り寄せました。
ところが！

最近、稀に見る〝美味しくない〟ものが焼けたのです。（爆笑！）

これでは、全てを見直す…それ以外、方法がありませんな。
さて、これから試作はロングランになりますぞ…。
