前回の記事で、企業選びの際に気をつけた方がいいベンチャー企業のポイント１つ目をご紹介させていただきました。社員が楽しそうに仕事をしている様子が伝わってくるかどうかが大きなポイントでしたね。そして今回はそのポイント２つ目を『転職２.０』より一部抜粋してご紹介させていただきます。

In the previous article, I introduced the first point about venture companies that you should pay attention to when choosing a company. A major point was whether or not it could be seen that the employees were enjoying their work. And this time, I would like to introduce the second point, an excerpt from ``Job Change 2.0''.

”ベンチャー企業は、基本的に経営者の存在が大きいのですが、やはりチームで経営できている会社の方が成長が期待できます。経営者一人で出来ることには限りがあるからです。経営者一人だけ目立っていベンチャーは、往々にして途中で失速します。”

"Venture companies generally have a large presence of managers, but companies that are managed by a team are more likely to grow. There is a limit to what a single manager can do alone. Venture businesses where only one manager stands out often stall midway."

”反対に伸びるベンチャーは経営者が自分の限界を理解しており、自分より優秀な人を採用しCFOやCOOといった要職に就けています。また、早期にCHRO（最高人事責任者）などのポストを設け、採用や人事に力を入れている会社も着実に伸びる傾向があります。”

"On the other hand, in venture businesses that are growing, the managers understand their own limitations, hire people who are better than them, and are able to hold important positions such as CFO and COO. Additionally, companies that establish positions such as CHRO (Chief Human Resources Officer) early on and focus on recruitment and human resources tend to see steady growth."
